Green Hill Hotel Onomichi Reviews

The front attendants were friendly.  The hotel was located across the street from the JR Onomichi station, and the piers right in front of the hotel; very convenient to go to the islands. Enjoyed the room with an ocean view. The restaurant was ok.

We stayed at the hotel ahead of our Shimanami Kaido trip and enjoyed ourselves. The room was slightly small but well equipped and clean, with Netflix and Youtube for your entertainment needs. Location was extremely convenient with a 5 minute walk to Onomichi Station and the ferry across to the start point. Plenty of delicious food options around as well. The hotel also has bicycle racks on the second floor. Staff were friendly and kindly helped us fill the TA-Q-BIN forms to ship our luggage and make payment. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here if in Onomichi.

Driving to Onomichi for a cycling tour in Shimanami Route across Seto Naikai all the way to Imabari in Ehime Prefecture. Location convenient, close to wharf and bicycle rental desk. Dinner 20% off for all stay in hotel. If free parking would be perfect however it offers 1,000 Yen capped fee which is acceptable. Upload pics shot in the tour

The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. It is located at the seaside port and is convenient for travel. The triple room is spacious and a good choice for accommodation. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Senkoji cable car. The parking lot next door is 1,000 yen for overnight stay. The buffet breakfast is simple and enough.

The hotel was located right above Onomichi Port, so the view was great. They provided jelly and lemon drinks in the room, which I really enjoyed.

The most recommended hotel for a short stay in Onomichi. Located next to the port and the station, the transportation is very convenient, and there is a 711 on the opposite street. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, this is also part of its charm. The rooms are cleaned very cleanly, the staff are patient and polite, and the rooms given by the hotel can see the industrial shipyard opposite the island, and ships come and go under the sun. But please don't worry, the sound insulation is very good. I often sit next to the port to Mukaishima and stare blankly. In the evening, it is very convenient to eat a bowl of local ramen and then walk back to the hotel. I will choose this place again when I come to Onomichi in the future. I wish everyone who sees this review a smooth journey and a happy life.
