Very good service. Perfect located near Garniers opera. Room: nice and spacious, but the window didnt give much light/view, in a corner of a small yard.

The only great thing about this place was the location and the staff. But the cleanliness is something that should really be rectified, especially since they’re charging insane rates (much like most of Paris these days). It’s gross, room was undone even tho housekeeping had alr worked on it. Actual pee stains on the wall. I wouldn’t stay here again

This is my second night staying in a hotel in Paris. I highly recommend this hotel and will probably book more days next time I travel. The strategy is as follows 1. The transportation is very convenient. You can take Rossiy Bus directly from CDG and get off at Opera. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. No need to take a taxi. 2. The sanitation and facilities of the entire hotel are good. It is extremely quiet when sleeping at night. The room I stayed in has double doors and good sound insulation. 3. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and enthusiasm of the service staff. 4. Most of the prices are between 2500-3500, which is a 4-star standard. It is worth recommending!

I was given a room with a view of the opposite wall for more than 2,000 yuan. The room was also old and the breakfast was very simple. During the room change, I forgot a skirt hanging in the closet. I immediately went to the front desk the next day and said I would find it as soon as possible, but there was no follow-up. The second time I went, I was told that I couldn't find it. I was very sure that the skirt was hanging in the closet, so the front desk staff accompanied me to the original house to look for it, but the skirt was gone. I reiterated that I was sure that the skirt was in the closet, so I asked the room service staff on the spot, and one of them admitted to taking the skirt, and obviously, he didn't return it. The front desk staff said that the HOUSEKEEPER would return the skirt later. Then three days, no news. I went to the front desk again to ask, and the staff said they would try their best to find it. I told him that I was sure that a staff member took the skirt, because the skirt was a gift, so I must get it back, otherwise I planned to call the police. Then the front desk staff invited the management, and within 20 minutes, the skirt was found. Quite speechless. 3. The breakfast is very monotonous, and it has not been changed in the ten days of stay. It is recommended not to buy it. Coffee outside is much more exciting.

The room is old, the shower head is hairy, and I feel allergic after taking a shower. No smoking notice was given in advance and there was no no smoking sign in the room. We were never informed of the no smoking policy during our 5-day stay. When we left the hotel, our deposit of 250 euros was deducted.

The breakfast is very good. The view from the executive lounge is great. The food is also very good. However, the room is small and the bed is average in comfort.
