Very nice room, clean and tidy. Decent location. However, one of the receptionist was unprofessional, or even creepy by asking for female solo traveler’s personal contact.

Excellent location, practically on a beautiful square, walking to the Eiffel and other attractions is easy!, safe and clean. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The minibar in the room is free and refilled daily, also opposite the reception there is a 24-hour open free bar with pastries, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, all drinks and sweets))) this is very nice, thanks to the hotel! You won't go hungry in Paris!

We went to Paris for a wedding and let me tell you. Out of all the hotels booked by friends and family, Hotel Augustine - Astotel was by far the best one. We had a very warm and friendly welcome by the reception staff (unfortunately I didn’t get their names) and they were very helpful with any inquiries we had. They offered us complimentary snacks and beverages from the hotel lounge between 2pm and 2am. They also gave us a little map of their different branches within the city that we could go to for more complimentary snacks and beverages throughout the day. The hotel room was very neat and beautifully decorated and the balcony was a big plus! The room had an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub and was perfect! But the best part? The complimentary mini bar! We’ve traveled the world and stayed at numerous mainstream hotels (Crown Plaza, Marriot, Intercontinental) and never had a free mini bar or the kind of service and help offered by the Hotel Augustine staff! It’s located in a very nice and safe area of Paris and within walking distance of all main attractions. I would 100% stay with them again.

The hotel is in a great location. I felt good after staying here for 19 years, so I booked this hotel again this time. However, there were twists and turns when I checked in this time. I booked two orders from Ctrip and ** respectively. The hotel told me that the money had not been received. I would like to praise Ctrip's after-sales service here. In the case of time difference abroad, I contacted Ctrip online and received a response immediately. The problem was solved quickly and compensation was given proactively. Compared with another ** order, I contacted customer service online at the same time, but it showed that the domestic time was off work and there was only telephone customer service. The subsequent ** order contacted customer service because of room hygiene problems. I asked for an online reply in advance, but they kept calling me in the early morning abroad, and then there was no solution. So I strongly recommend using Ctrip, which has guaranteed after-sales service and avoids **. The facilities of the twin room booked by Ctrip are good, and it is a shower room. **'s 3-person room is not recommended. The bedding is poorly hygienic, and there are hairs in the pillow core. The 3-person room may be booked by few people, and the air in the room is not fresh. Fortunately, there is a window that can be opened.

There are supermarkets, train stations, bus stops and bicycle ports in the area, and the main tourist attractions are about 10 to 15 minutes away by bicycle. The staff were all friendly, fun and helpful, and it was a great stay 😊 I was worried about the security, but the area was relatively clean and I felt safe. Breakfast was not included in the stay plan, but I got into the habit of drinking orange juice and coffee from the minibar every morning. There was water in the minibar, but I drank a lot, so I bought a large bottle at the nearby Monoprix!

This hotel is very cost-effective, especially the service attitude of the front desk, which makes you feel very comfortable. On the morning of check-out, I wanted to go somewhere else, but I didn't know how to book a train ticket, so I asked the Indian brother on duty to help me book it. He helped me very seriously and didn't charge tips, but I still gave a little. For me, this is what he should do and he deserves it. Breakfast is very cheap, but the free snacks and coffee shocked me. Usually, there are not too many types of free food, but this hotel has a lot. In addition, the enthusiasm of the staff is also very touching. In addition, the location is very good, very close to the subway station, and it is very convenient to go anywhere in Paris. Next time I come to Paris, I will stay here again. I strongly recommend it

Excellent hotel, clean rooms, beautiful view from the balcony. Conveniently located, walked around the entire center, grocery store nearby. Nice that from 2:00 pm free snack (nuts/bun/tea/coffee/water).

The hotel facilities are relatively new, but hygiene needs attention. There are lice on the bed, and there are a lot of flies flying out of the coffee machine in the snack area of ​​the restaurant. Friendly staff. 

Even though it was hot, the room was air-conditioned and calm in the attic, drinks were provided, and the staff were kind enough to arrange a taxi for me. It was also easy to get to, so I was able to relax after work.

The environment is good. It's in the central city. It's very quiet. It's equipped with an electric kettle and toiletries. You have to bring your own toothbrushes and slippers. The room is not big. European hotels are about the same size.
