The hotel has gave us a calendar cause it was my birthday which is very nice of them. The floor in the room isn’t very clean. Only provided one big towel per one person after cleaning the room, with no small towels or hand towels at all. The breakfast is really good, slightly different everyday with good varieties. Did their complementary yoga class, the instructor was very nice and friendly but doesn’t seems to be a professional yoga teacher. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is very pretty itself but it is quite a long way walking back to our room from the lobby.

Pros: quiet (this is important), clean room, sea view (3rd floor), rooftop pool, large TV. Light. 7/11 nearby. 2 km to the party (good for us, maybe too far for someone). Cons: weak wi-fi, which kept falling off. The configuration of the bathroom is such that there is always a puddle on the floor after water procedures that does not dry, does not dry at all. Even wet in the morning! Breakfast was disappointing: almost everything hot is spicy - both noodles and meat. And what is important - it is also cold!!!! Instead of rice soup with chicken broth - rice jelly without taste and smell. The bread for toast is rubbery, even after the toaster. Coffee and tea from the jug, constantly running out and also cold. Overall, it is suitable for one night. I do not recommend living here for several days.

Very close to the beach, the first floor direct access to the swimming pool room is worth booking for swimming enthusiasts (including children who love swimming). The swimming pool is beautiful and the breakfast restaurant is next to the beach. However, the big bed is really too hard, and I didn't sleep well every day! It's the only drawback.

I haven’t checked in yet, but I’ve already received a very heart-warming WhatsApp reminder. The boss and his wife are so kind, and the employees are so polite! The hotel is in a busy but quiet location, but the soundproofing of the room could be better. You can hear it if you open and close the door on the left and right of the isolation door vigorously! The swimming pool is excellent for sunbathing. Although the swimming pool is small, there are rarely people there at all times, so it doesn't matter! The room is big and clean! It’s just that the shower water is uneven when taking a shower, but overall it’s acceptable! Although breakfast is not a buffet, it is what I like to eat. The portion is sufficient and it is cooked immediately👍🏼 I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Phuket☺️

My daughter chose the hotel, and I liked it right away. The hotel is not big, but the blue design is very eye-catching. The room is spacious and bright, with a wide view. There is a small hill opposite. Each room has a terrace where you can hang clothes or take a break to see the scenery of the distant mountain. Downstairs is a clean and refreshing swimming pool, which is very pleasant to swim and relax in. The service is also very good. They clean and tidy up the room every day, and send two bottles of water and two instant coffees. After checking out, we also stored our luggage inside. When we came back from playing and waited for the car to pick us up, the local man (I don’t know if it was the boss) was afraid that we would be hot and turned on the fan outside for us. It was really considerate. In short, I especially like this small shop. It is quiet, comfortable, beautiful and wonderful. It is the only place I miss when I went to Thailand.

Environment: It is only a ten-minute walk to the No. 6 restaurant and Jiangxi Leng, which are nearby, and the transportation is convenient. Facilities: There are no disadvantages except that there is no elevator and you need to climb stairs. Service: The boss and the boss lady are Chinese, very good, and sent me a good and cost-effective place to eat, which has a fixed location, very nice! I will come again next time I have a chance to come to Phuket! Hygiene: Very good.

Loved this place! Very friendly check in and welcome drink provided. Very close location to both the beach and Bangla walking street or other shopping spots. Room was quite small but comfortable for 1 person. Rooftop pool had friendly staff who served guests efficiently. Liked the green elements of the hotel, such as a cash reward for not having your room cleaned. Paid a lot due to it being high season but would stay again for sure when it’s at its normal price.

Enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. A much better location to the beach, restaurants/ eateries, clean massages and shopping than the Holiday Inn resort. The breakfast was great a lot of variety and the food was fresh, the egg stations made great omelettes 👍🏼. Front office staff needs to be better trained especially the night shift crew, I needed help 1 night when I realised my lights in the room could not be switched on even after placing my key card in, she was SHOUTING on the phone that I needed to put my card in. Which I already did. Anyway, I requested for a maintenance crew to help and she used another card and it worked. 👍🏼 That front office staff seemed sheepish when she saw me but no apology for her rude shouting on the phone. I am guessing she had a very bad evening or insufficient sleep to work at the night shift causing the RUDE outburst. Other than that it was great👍🏼👍🏼.. Holiday Inn Express, please take care of your staff’s mental wellness. 😟😔

***** Patong is located strategically along the streets of Patong whereby everything is walking distance from the hotel. Hotel's staff was very polite and professional throughout the stay. Even the housekeeping staff bumped into at the coridors were very warm with thier greetings. The ”Deluxe King Room City View” room was really good; spacious, clean washroom, nice facilities and amenities in the room along with a good selection of TV channels and YouTube on the TV as well. Hotel has a great ”infinity kind” swimming pool on the 2nd floor which is nice. The breakfast buffet was bare minimum but alright for a hotel standard buffet. (would not recommend if not included in the room) Laundry at the hotel is $70 bhat rather than $50 bhat from outside. (takes a day for your clothes to be ready) All in all, a very good stay as its a just a straight walk towards Bangla Street and plenty of food, massage options along the hotel. The street to go towards the beach also is nearby the hotel (across) and parking is easy (if driving).

Had a really nice stay at the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was well kept, clean with a nice modern design. It has all the standard amenities plus the room and bathroom is really large so that adds to the comfort. The balcony comes with stools and a mini table. The bed was surprisingly comfy and better than most hotels I've stayed at. The only drawback of the room is the air conditioning which I think is too cold and can't be adjusted, but that's not so bad in the hot climate. The location is top notch and within walking distance to the beach and nearby bars, restaurants and shopping mall. There will be a lot of night music and traffic noises nearby so I chose a room facing the pool / garden side and that already cancels out 95% of the noise. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and the buffet breakfast.

GGuest UserEverything was great. From the cozy, soft bed to the pool on the roof, where it is simply incredible to watch the sunset. You can smoke on the balcony. It is about 15 minutes walk to the sea, along the way there is a 7/12, barbershops, cafes, all kinds of fruit stalls where you can make any fresh juice from tropical fruits, massage parlors, etc. On the beach itself there is a smoking area/beer/fresh juices/jet skis/toilet/shower, in general, everything your heart desires! We spent 2 weeks in complete relaxation. I recommend it to everyone!

CChillaxieMy family loves it here. . Everything is so perfect. You can basically stay in the hotel all day. It has a nice pool and also a private beach just right outside the pool. The hotel staff are nice and they are fluent in English. We have no communication problems at all. The house keeping even helped to double check if we have brought everything with us when we check out. The location is perfect, just 5 to 10 Mins from Patong Beach, which is like the central of Phuket. Everything you need you can find it there. Shopping, water activities, site seeing, and good restaurants. We had an awesome stay. Definitely wroth the 🤑🤑🤑.. love it here .. would definitely return back to Rosewood

GGuest UserDo not stay! I don’t know how this hotel has got such good reviews. The only things on its side are the staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff. Rooms were very tidy and the design of the hotel is very nice. However, the road noise inside the room is atrocious. I have never in my life stayed somewhere as loud, the balcony lets on so much noise. The shower/bath is extremely odd, there’s a glass window from the bedroom that looks directly into the shower. The shower leaks out onto the bathroom floor no matter what you do to prevent it, so after every shower the bathroom is a wet room. Location isn’t very good compared to so many in Patong, it’s a 20 minute walk at the very least to the beach. It is hilarious what they call a gym as well, really not up to the standard of any other hotel I have stayed in Thailand that had a gym. I give the Marina Phuket Hotel 5/10, terrible sleep due to the noise, terrible bedroom design.

CChelseaMagIf you're looking for an affordable place to stay on your budget trip, I highly recommend MyPatong Hostel. The staff was friendly and politely inform us that the room was not ready because we arrived quite early on the day. But, since it was our first time traveling to Patong, we dont mind to wait and left our luggage at the counter. There was so many places to explore nearby. Other than that, not only it is pocket-friendly, but it's also conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk away from the hostel to the vibrant night market, where you can indulge in delicious local food, shopping mall, explore tour centers, enjoy the nightlife at clubs, relax on the beach, massage and even shop for souvenirs. It's the perfect hub for all your adventures!🌙🍽️🏖️🛍️

WWin BkkVery good location in Patong, which is not too close to the party area. The check in was smooth. The room was spacious and sleek. The cabin was good and functional. Shower and toilet were clean. A room for improvement is obviously very weak and unstable wifi in room.
