I really enjoyed my stay , especially the pool area and the beach, very quiet and peaceful. One thing was a little bit annoying is that there were many ants in my room even though I didn’t have any food there. Except for that everything was great.

Big bedrooms with comfortable beds. The swimming pool is great for families with children. 7 minutes walking to the beach. Staff is helpful and respectful! The only thing disappointing was the breakfast: basic and repetitive. It could definitely improve the breakfast.

Tastefully designed hotel. Spacious room. It would have been better if the different blocks were connected by sheltered walkways. Breakfast was delicious with limited options, but the pool was beautiful and large. Staff were generally friendly. Do note that there are several cats within the hotel. This resort is also very popular among Chinese tourists.

Lovely hotel with a beautifully designed room. Enjoying the sunset on the balcony it’s a very relaxing experience. The Turkeyish Receptionist is super helpful and kind. This is the best hotel experience for us in Thailand so far.

We were here on a family trip for three nights and chose this hotel as it is advertised as kids friendly. The brand not only did not meet the minimum standards, the service and staff was very bad. 1. We were checking in late at 7 pm and when I sent the email about the same, the guy responded with entire information about check out 2. Rooms were comfortable but few basic amenities were missing or not functioning 3. There is 1 small lift for 5 storeys with capacity of 5 people! And lift was not working for 4-5 hours and had to carry my baby all the way up to 5th floor multiple times. 4. Kids play area is very average and when we requested for play station remotes the staff kept on using delaying tactics instead of giving a straight answer 5. Worst was the breakfast buffet and food experience. Food and desserts is very average. There is hardly anything for vegetarians and usually at all hotels they make something where vegetarian food isn’t available. At Novotel, we weren’t given this option and when requested staff rudely said no, except on one occasion. 6. Water play area is good 7. Shuttle service to kata beach is available but no information is provided before hand.

This hotel has a lot of potential; however, it’s definitely not up to the standard of a 4-5 star establishment. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the restaurant staff at the Red Chopstick. We were not allowed to take food away from the restaurant, and the breakfast staff was very unprofessional. My wife was sitting sideways with one of her legs up, and a waitress touched her leg to ask her to put it down as if she were a child. This incident happened twice, which was both humiliating and extremely disrespectful. It’s disappointing because we see potential in this hotel—the rooms are simply beautiful. However, the staff lacks manners and absolutely does not know how to cater to their customers, which is not up to a 4-5 star standard. Additionally, the room access is inconvenient; they should have a shuttle service to the rooms. I personally will not be visiting this hotel again. I do hope they take our criticism seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Very nice place! Clean beautiful comfortable room, nice people, netflix and really tasty breakfasts. Also there is a cafe, where live music is playing sometimes . Everything looking new and nice! We were in september when it was raining heavily and water from the balcony leaked into the room under the floor covering. To be honest, we just wiped it and did nothing more, it wasn't bothering us. And as was said, higher you live, harder to go upstairs. But view is awesome!

Great hotel by the sea. Is mountain side hotel. Room was booked with access to the pool. Room was big and comes with bath tub. Nearby to Kata Beach for the sea activities, chilling and street food. Convenience stalls, restaurants, tour bookings, Kata street market food and etc are plentiful at the area. Just outside hotel is a massage shop conveniently located.

Staff very welcoming and graciously accommodating. The food fabulous with a great view out from the breakfast area and dinning area. The table service was impeccable and the food of the highest order. The sea bass in presentation and taste was the best fish I have ever eaten, to be honest. The rooms palatial, spacious, comfortable and the small touches of having the bed turned down at night and small snacks provided each afternoon were welcome touches. The range of products in the bathroom was exceptional and the products were of very good quality.

Location is fantastic, plenty of food options within walking distance. Massage parlour are just right at the door, quite a few to choose from. There are 2 7-11 nearby, both within 5 min walk. Decent roomsize. Breakfast was simple and mostly the same daily. The water in pool with direct access was cold. Little hiccup with our check in, were us to top up for 1000baht per night for my child. We asked for the price to upgrade to a 2 bedroom, staff went into the rest area for a few minutes and returned claiming it's fully booked. However, when we check online, the room type was still available. Stayed for a couple of nights in Superior Triple with Pool Access Room 3101. It has a strong musty smell in both living and bedroom. Horrible. We feedback to the staff, they offered us a room change to 3103, but the musty smell was equally bad. Insisted they do something for us and that's when they send housekeeping and light up essential oil in our room. The musty smells came back once the candle goes off. Very bad. Disapointing that staff failed to follow up with us on this matter. We stayed another 2 more nights after feedback, no one approach us to follow-up. Either they are seasoned with this complain or simply can't be bothered. Overall good place, request for rooms in other blocks.

Outstanding

TTraveling butterflyWonderful, wonderful stay! It's within walking distance to 2 different beaches as well as restaurants, stores, markets,... The owners are so sweet and friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Room is very comfortable and they clean the room daily. Please note that we stayed in the deluxe room that had the sea view which is beautiful (we saw fireworks one night) but it's a bit of stairs to climb. We did not mind as we appreciated being active but if you don't like climbing stairs, request for a room closer to the grounds. They have an outdoor shower so you can rinse off when coming from the beach. We wanted to extend an extra day at the last minute but they were fully booked. We will definitely stay again when returning to Phuket.

BBusra SahinerGreat for its price. The rooms are clean and have a balcony. Even though it is on the ground floor, there is no smell or pests, lizards etc. The pool is nice... there is a coin operated washer and dryer. Coffee and toast served in the morning as complimentary. The girls at the reception are very polite and sweet and they know English. The hotel where I will stay near Kata Karon is certain, Nonnee. 💫 I just didn't like the shower head, it could have been more useful.

LLuinChinaI think this hotel was a little underwhelming, unfortunately my experience isn’t how it’s being marketed. It’s okay but not exactly somewhere you can ‘retreat’. The location is good, next to a 7/11 and they offer free shuttles to the beach. The room is quite clean but they have a drainage problem. The room has a strong sewage smell which they try to mask with essential oils. The facilities also didn’t live up to expectations, I didn’t see any morning exercise classes and the pool “bar” was practically empty. Half way through my stay they started doing renovations in the daytime (10-4) which is quite distracting. The cleaning staff can also be quite loud during the day speaking to each other across the hallway. I did enjoy their breakfast, I think it had a wide range and was worth it. The restaurant staff are also very friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserIt’s located on the hill, surrounded by trees which was very calming and beautiful. If you want to escape from the noisiness and people, the place will suit you. They have a nice little pool, we spent our most time in the pool. Looking at trees and hill behind was very pleasant. Hotel service was great and welcoming. Seemed like they really care about the details in the garden and there were enough sitting areas around the pool. You can sit and over look the city lights and chill. The bed was a little firm for me, other than that no complaints about the place :)

GGuest UserWe were greeted very well, the room has air conditioning, a small balcony, two light sources above the bed, three sockets, a shelf and hooks, and a personal closet with a lock. The drain in the shower did not work well in the room and there was no hot water, there is hot water in the shared shower and the drain works well. It is 7 minutes to Kata Beach at a normal pace, the street is quiet, this was my first experience with a hostel and my first vacation in Phuket, I am happy. Inside, everything is the same as in the photo.

SSharkyA great place, aside from the road - quiet and quiet. Clean and comfortable, the hosts are beautiful, the pool is good. To the nearest cafe five minutes, next to the supermarket 7-11, washing machine and everything else. To the beach 20 minutes walk, but at the hotel there is a moped rent for 250 batts a day. The houses are good, in the evenings it is great to sit on the dormitory and listen to the local fauna )
