We were here on a family trip for three nights and chose this hotel as it is advertised as kids friendly. The brand not only did not meet the minimum standards, the service and staff was very bad. 1. We were checking in late at 7 pm and when I sent the email about the same, the guy responded with entire information about check out 2. Rooms were comfortable but few basic amenities were missing or not functioning 3. There is 1 small lift for 5 storeys with capacity of 5 people! And lift was not working for 4-5 hours and had to carry my baby all the way up to 5th floor multiple times. 4. Kids play area is very average and when we requested for play station remotes the staff kept on using delaying tactics instead of giving a straight answer 5. Worst was the breakfast buffet and food experience. Food and desserts is very average. There is hardly anything for vegetarians and usually at all hotels they make something where vegetarian food isn’t available. At Novotel, we weren’t given this option and when requested staff rudely said no, except on one occasion. 6. Water play area is good 7. Shuttle service to kata beach is available but no information is provided before hand.

Having some couple time out after holidaying with family. Was generously upgraded to a beautiful room with a view of the sea and a private pool. A real treat. We really appreciated it. Wonderful staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Amenities are pretty old but the service is superb. My child particularly loved the swimming pools. They even have kids’ games on weekdays where the kids can get free ice cream vouchers, my daughter enjoyed that as well. Location is a bit far from the hustle and bustle of Patong so walking with a kid may not be so convenient. We ended up renting a motorbike to move around. They have a shuttle to Jungceylon Mall as well. The beach view from my room is amazing and I might come here again on my next trip.

We had a great stayed at your hotel and would like to thank to all crew members from Novotel Vintage, everything is perfect, love the cooling lobby, everyone is wearing a smile to welcome us, we feel so warm just like back home. Front desk lady named Front is really helpful, lady at lounge named Palm made me nice Margarita too, I really appreciate the house keeping who arranged the day bed for my kid, and I'm so thrilled with the birthday decoration and lovely cake,,it truly made my day after my whole day island hopping, many thanks to all of u, we will definitely be back again for our next trip. Stayed cottage sea view. Despite the remote room location from reception to room (its up the hill) there is shuttle bus service at your beck and call, so that somewhat solves the issue of convenient travelling. My biggest irk is that the jacuzzi only has cold water, and when your up high and no tree blocking the wind, its kinda pointless to have a jacuzzi because its freaking cold. Would stay here again if they provided hot water jacuzzi, otherwise, just dont pick the cottage room type.

Lovely hotel. Everything you need for a trip to Patong. Friendly and helpful staff. The only negative would be to avoid using the hotel concierge to book taxis and trips. A trip that the hotel quoted for 3500bht I was able to get outside for half the price. And a taxi to the airport they quote 800bht but outside we found for as little as 500bht. The pool is very nice and the breakfast was OK, but maybe too focused on guests from India and the middle east as there was no beef or pork (bacon) for breakfast.

Was moved to this hotel when our pre-booked hotel canceled on us , I agreed on the principal that the same requests were met as the original booking , IE, kitchen separate bedroom private pool, However when it came to the booking although this hotel was double the price I originally paid none of the amenities were met. Trip.cim representative seemed to think providing a more expensive place to stay would compensate however not the case , everything in this hotel was 3-4 times the price of walking out to the local shops , Sure the pool was big clean and good , however we felt trapped and unable to enjoy this place as we are not millionaires who can pay £240 per night for the amenities we had booked having booked for 4 nights . So overall it may be a good hotel for those who want this but not for us therefore the review is irrelevant Did not want to stay in this area so busy , so loud and so expensive even going to local restraunts to make up for not being able to cook for ourselves was 3 times the price as not being in patong

Beautiful hotel located by a private beach amid lush gardens. The setting is stunning with an incredible swimming pool, clean private beach and swim up bar. Breakfast had great choices for everyone. The hotel is about 20 minutes taxi journey to Patong Town and there is very little in walking distance from the hotel, which makes it ideal for families or those wanting a quiet get away, yet shops and nightlife are still only a short journey away. Staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. I hope that I have chance to return.

Staffs are superb! Rooms are spacious and well equipped amenities. Only Wifi has an unstable connection. We have to keep logging in each time we come back to property. Bidet water pressure abit low but manageable. Overall experience - we love it there!
