Such great experience! The staffs were super helpful, kind and friendly. You can easily tell that they were happy to help out as much as they could for us to have a better experience. The room was clean without any visible dust when we first walked in, it was so obvious that they put their heart into what they do. We also recieved snack bag upon our departure! I will definitely come back to stay with them everytime i come to pingyao!

Friendly and helpful services. Great location at the northern side of ancient city. The room is clean, large and comfortable. Toilet featuring automated bidet and large bathtub.

Such a nice place to stay , very clean , modern and ancient fusion . The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable . Right in town , walking distance to cafes , restaurants .

Superb stay!!! Xiao Hao went above and beyond her job scope to ensure our family enjoyed our stay thoroughly at the property.
She arranged our tour guide and had excellent idea of how we could maximise our time in Pingyao. We had a courier service upon checkout, and she ensured our belongings were safe and oversaw it all perfectly.
Highly recommend this property if you are coming to the lovely town of Pingyao.

Staff, location, room, cleanliness, amenities, every and each of them absolutely perfect. You won't find a better place to stay in Pingyao. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Very nice hotel close to the heart of Pingyao.
However, we were surprised how small the room was after it was described to be 45 square metres. Seems the garden was calculated as well.
The rooms can not be locked from outside when leaving the rooms.
