I had a great time in Iliada beach, staff is polite and the beach is amazing. Everything was super clean and tidy. 🙌🏻

Location was amazing you can walk to the beach of Protaras. Sound proof is an issue you can hear the cleaners in the morning etc. The room was very good comfortable bed and renovated as wel.

It was very clean, big rooms, helpful staff. Especially the guys at the pool bar were excellent. Perfect location. I highly recommend it.

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. The standard of food was awful and over priced. I ordered a hamburger and it came to me cold and pink in the middle. I booked a double room so I didn't expect two single beds to be pushed together and having stayed at the hotel for a week they didn't changed the bedsheets once. I had to go to the bar every night to collect milk for my coffee as these were never replenished during the day. The gym was stuck in the 80's, four weight machines, one stepper that did not work and dumbells that only went upto 2 kgs, yes 2 kgs, sauna and steam room did not work and the tennis court was a joke. Having been unable to use the gym I decided I on a game of pool but was told by the staff that three balls and two cues were missing. This hotel was rated as a 4* but whoever was assigned to rate this hotel must have had extremely low standards or very poor levels of training. I would not be complaining had this been rated a 2* hotel. I paid well over the odds for such a poor level of service and comfort. Avoid at all costs.

we were due to stay in this hotel 21st june for 2 weeks booked this in Sep08 with Thomas Cook 4 days before we were due to travel i was informed that our rooms had been given to other people by the hotel. We had booked and paid for a front seaview room and was told the only opotion was to be relocated to another hotel if we had wanted to go to this other hotel we would have booked this in the first place.THOMAS COOK were awful in trying to find us an alternative so had no choice but to cancel with then and good old PORTLAND holidays came to our rescue.We will never book with Thomas COOK or TOSKOS group hotels again.You would think in the current economic climate they would be tyring to deliver what you booked in Sep 08 and paid for in full in Mar 09 .We are now looking forward to going to another part of Cyprus with a reliable company

Iliada iliada iliada why so posh it may be a 4 * hotel but trying to be ***** star is just stupid the pool is to small the food is disgusting and don't even start me on the dress code Cyprus is a red hot place so at night why do adults have to where trousers they shouldn't. The rooms are out of date the mattresses rock hard to be fair it should be a two star because they was no satisfaction there for me if you want a fun relaxing holiday go across the road to vangelis apts

Never stay in this hotel! The staff are rude and unhelpful, the food awful and facilities inadequate. The noise from the hotel entertainment and the travel reps is deafening from the rooms, and goes on untill the early hours. I'm 27 years of age and enjoy a good night out but sometimes you just want an early night and at the Iliada this is not an option. The location is good, being very near Fig Tree Bay, and the various restaurants in the resort, with most of them being very good. Which is just as well because the food in the hotel is not even up to 3 star standard nevermind the 4 star you pay for. If I had paid a budget price then I wouldn't bother complaining but that wasn't the case. Really liked Protarus and would visit again. We went into the Capo Bay hotel to have a look inside and it was superb and so was the food. Constantinos the Great was very nice too.

Arrived to the hotel..had to climb over a barrier to get in filthy on the outside on the inside we were just given our room key no advice about where bars/restaurants were. Arrived in our room which was filthy the floor was corroded the bed sheets were covered in stains holes in the curtains stains on the walls the toilet seat had what looked like faeces on it. The room felt not secure at all. The bar staff were rude and arrogant and were leering at my partner. The balcony was a view of the rubbish bins and the back of the hotel not 1tiny enjoyable view. The food was revolting. We were so disappointed as we were really looking forward to staying here. However we would like to say martina a member of the bar staff was friendly and helpful. She is a credit to the hotel

Me and my boyfriend have just stayed at the iliada for 10 nights and were so impressed with the hotel! The room and hotel facilites were clean, the pool area was quiet and the downstairs barman Jeremie was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel staff could not be more helpful and we will definately return!

Such a nice hotel this is all rooms new and very clean.. staff cleaning everywhere and all times very profecional and smiley. Food very good always something to eat. Best view in the mornings looking down at the mediteranean sea... beautiful just beatiful

protaras is the best resort ever and the iliada is a home from home hotel.... thank iliada for another great holiday. the girls at the reception jeremie at the bar what a lovely guy. best drinks at the pool bar with all the lads their kostas and angel... see you next year guys

This Hotel was extremely good with friendly helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Food was excellent with a wide choice to suit everyone's taste and varied from day to day, breakfasts were also very good. The hotel was situated in a great place with easy access to the beachfront which gave access to miles of lovely walks in either direction. The area was VERY geared to disabled people being very flat and easy to use a disabled scooter as i did. On the last day my Daughter in Law felt unwell and the hotel extended our departure time to give her time to recover, they did not charge for this and we were very appreciative of the wonderful service they gave us. Would highly recommend this Hotel and i hope to visit there again soon. Anyone giving a negative review i would consider very picky.

On arrival, we discovered that we did not get the room we paid for. We paid for a twin lateral sea view, and we got a double, I have disability and need a bed to myself due to cramps and other issues, in order to avoid disturbing my mrs sleep Hence, we always pay for a twin room, when we arrived we asked to get a change and we where told thr hotel is full. We did ask again the morning. The manager did try to help by putting a single bed in the room? Alongside the double, the room became very cramped. The following day, we did get a change of room, which was a twin room but less of a view, so rather than causing any more grief, we just settled for the twin room with the lesser view. The rooms and furnishings are in dire need of change, the beds are thread bare, and sagging, making for uncomfortable sleep. The food in the restaurant is a disgrace, very little choice, most of the meat dishes have mushrooms in them, I have an intolerance to mushrooms which means the choice for me is extremely limited, and the meats are dry and overcooked, if it wasn't for chips I would have nothing to eat. This hotel is rated as a 4-star hotel. However, it's not worthy of a 2 star, let alone a 4 star. Would I recommend this hotel? The short answer is NO. The only thing which is in the hotels favour is its location, I can't fault the staff, the staff are working with the tools they have and try to keep everyone happy. People are paying good money to stay in hotels like this and are being ripped off with poor quality rooms and very bad food. They deserve better than this hotel
