Good place, nice location, pretty swimming pool and nice staff

Quite fun place to stay . Room is spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable . I would certainly stay again. Swimming pool is very clean and the restaurant managed by them is very delicious food . Shower 🚿 water pressure is great , and the only disappointment was no curtain in the shower room even tough I informed the front desk about the issue and the mess it causes every time I showered . I highly recommend this place .

Nice hotel. I think kids like it the most it's look like a real castle. It's clean has a pool and the food in the restaurant is ok. Staff very friendly we been there 2 times. Owner is a bit strange the folty towers feeling is there to. In a positive way. Great place I recommend.

A very cool and unique hotel. I got a kick out of it and it has a good gym. My room was on the top of the castle and had no internet, so that was a deal breaker for me.

It is an exceptional experience to stay there, highly recommended. The prices are very fair so don’t expect perfection. It is the unique Ambiente and the hospitality you will feel during your stay that makes it so outstanding.

The outdoor pool, surroundings, garden, and amenities are fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the themed architecture, landscape, and even the common bathrooms within the castle. The availability of free amenities like the billiards, table tennis, and a gym added to the overall experience. The Wifi is also okay. However, if you have a car, be aware that parking is quite limited and occasionally locked due to its location in front of a house with a narrow gate. Clear instructions about parking are necessary, as maneuvering on the small road can be challenging. It took them a while to provide clear instructions for the parking. There's room for improvement in cleanliness, especially with bedsheets that had a lingering smell, possibly indicating insufficient drying. Additionally, the water kettle and cups seemed like they hadn't been washed thoroughly. Overall, my family enjoyed their stay there and with more improvements and the staff being more responsive before and during the stay would even make this place even better.

Comfortable stay

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in PG Island. The bed is covered with dust. There is no hot water and the air conditioner is noisy at night. It is recommended to avoid it.

The hotel was built very interestingly, like a medieval castle. There is a swimming pool on site, and sometimes in the evenings there is live music playing around it. The rooms have natural wood furniture and luxurious four-poster beds. The air conditioner worked properly. The restaurant has delicious food and a 20% discount for hotel guests. The hotel is not located on the shore, but close, in a convenient location in the center. Among the shortcomings: there was not always hot water, the safe in the room did not work. Some rooms are located high up, it is difficult to climb the stairs to them, there is no elevator. A very good option for your money.

The environment is OK.. but it leaks when it rains heavily

The facilities are old, but the room is large and basically clean, but it doesn't feel very good when you first enter. There was a dark feeling, the curtains could no longer be closed, and they needed to ask the waiter for clips to close them. However, the mattress is relatively comfortable and large. The drain in the wash basin is clogged and the water drains very slowly. The most annoying thing is the external environment, which is very noisy. If I weren't very tired during the day, I would be kept awake almost until dawn at night by the obnoxious roars of the street bars. I could hardly have stayed a night if I hadn't already paid for it. I advise you to think twice!
