The room environment is very good, the breakfast and lunch are very average, the main reason is that there are too many people, and you have to queue up to eat The italian restaurant dinner reservation was perfect and delicious Tucao: The contact information of the hotel is simply a decoration. I sent an email to book a pick-up ten days before the trip. Sharm El Sheikh has no rental, so I can only rely on the hotel to book a car. After sending more than a dozen emails, the first reply I received It turned out that they transferred it to their colleagues, and it was passed around, but no one resolved it. I had no choice but to ask Ctrip for help, but the dramatic result was that Ctrip couldn't even contact the hotel? I was convinced, thinking that I had to call this hotel as soon as I arrived in Egypt. When I arrived in Cairo, I used an Egyptian card to call the hotel, but no one answered, or it was a wrong call. I was very speechless. I traveled for fifteen days. This is the first time the country has encountered such a situation, and finally received an email confirmation. Then we arrived at Sharm El Sheikh Airport. We couldn’t see the driver who came to pick us up. We waited for 20 minutes. We couldn’t contact the hotel. We had to wait at the airport, speechless.

Only a short stay, very large room kept nice and clean. Lovely animation team working hard to make your holiday fun. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't really eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food

An incredible resort with clean rooms, beautiful views and lovely staff. Everything you need is available at the resort from shops to SPA facilities and activities (some of which are at extra cost e.g. boat tours and water sports). Definitely recommend snorkelling (free but need to bring your own equipment, which you can also buy at the resort shop) as the coral reefs are breathtaking with colourful fish swimming everywhere. The pools are very nice and Ahmed by the heated pool was absolutely lovely. The food was very tasty with various theme nights and lots of choices in general. Everyone from the chefs to the waiters was super accommodating and the service was very fast. La Casa pizza restaurant and Calamari seafood place both had delicious food and fantastic staff. Special thanks to pizza restaurant manager Khaled who took extra care to make sure we were happy throughout our stay. Ramy from the Lobby Bar also deserves a mention as he made the most beautiful cocktails and always had a big smile face on his face. Overall, could not recommend this resort enough and would like to thank all the staff once again for making our stay special.

Overall we had an amazing holiday and will certainly consider coming back, if we visit the area again. We went Nov 10-20th. Temp was 26-29 everyday. Sun was up early and started going down/emptying the pools around 4. This hotel had way more positives than negatives but I'll start off with the bad parts, so people can just see the issues, which may put them off. 5 Stars. It's a great hotel overall but people's ideal of 5 star will be different. Don't expect Hilton Shinjuku, Renaissance Bangkok, Shangri-La anywhere.... It's Sharm (no offence) and it's a family hotel. Things are going to be slightly rough around the edges, in places, it's busy, has lots of kids and you aren't paying top dollar, so go into it with realistic expectation. When i originally arrived i didn't think ”wow 5 stars”, there is random old wooden furniture, some things look a bit dated, but i looked past those really as i wasn't expecting bespoke 5 star fittings in a family hotel. i'd say 4-4.5 is fair. Heated Pool - We went in November 10th-20th. One of the reasons i chose this was previous review of heated pools. Most of the pools were not heated. There were 2 kids pools that were labelled as heated. A bottom one with a large water tower and a top one with a pirate ship. The bottom one was absolutely freezing all holiday and as a result it got 1/20th of the activity as the other. it was way to cold for most people. Luckily the top pool was slightly heated, so that was a nice temperature on 8/10 days. There were 2 days when this pool was too cold for our 3 year old, even i didn't go in as i thought it was cold, especially when you are out the water and the wind got you. But overall 8/10 days with a warm pool. The lack of activity in pool 1 meant every family wanted to use pool 2, so there were shortages of beds around that pool everyday. if both pools where empty, people would spread out more and there would be more availability overall. The bedroom door lock. Not a major issue, but it was the worst electronic lock I've ever experienced at a hotel. it could honestly take 20-30 attempts to open, slow, fast, leave it in, jiggle, it made no sense. very temperamental. The hotel is big. We were in block 3000-3024. This is right near the entrance and has family rooms with 2 bedrooms. It's a long walk to the heated pool or the beach. I didn't mind that much but if you are carrying a lot of things, or have kids who won't walk etc, it's a several minute walk, which some may not like. The good. The hotel overall was clean. The staff did a great job of looking after it. Even the toilets throughout were well monitored. The staff were excellent. Couldn't fault them for effort and attitude and they work long hours. They are there at breakfast and still there cleaning after the last meal, everyday. Ahmed Mahmoud by the pain pool. Mudammed Abdel in Tagine notably treated us well. The environment is good, the location is excellent, and the price is high! A perfect stay experience! Serious and sincere service, really good, very warm, highly recommended, I will book this next time I come!

Location is weird, doesn't feel like there's too much local. I was here for only the 2 days. Cannot fault the cleanliness or the facilities. The service was a little frustrating, having to pay extra to get access to my room earlier, then of course knowing that the room is already ready for me. The same could be found on check out.

I'll start with the bad points because there are so more than good ones. Bad points: Food was really bad. Limited choice, not tasty and the exact same selection for lunch AND dinner every single day. Shabby hotel, needs updating. Loose door handles, wobbly chairs, unclean sinks and taps, loose tiles, cracked stones, etc. The rooms are very basic, and with a loud air conditioning unit on the roof that vibrates the whole building. I didnt sleep at all for 2 nights and asked to move rooms. Reluctantly they moved me the following day but the noise wasnt much better. Lots of pools but VERY cold. Hardly anyone used them. Only 1 usuable heated pool. Pool DJ was terrible. Music far too loud. Stopping in middle of songs. Repeating songs back to back (four times in a row on one occasion). The gift shop scam you by overcharging and deliberately mis-converting currency. This seems to be a Sharm-wide problem as we also had it at the airport. So well done, I wont ever be returning to Sharm to spend my money. Good points: The fresh pizza baker is a nice addition, although pretty poor pizza. Breakfast was the only meal I looked forward to, good selection. Daily room cleaning team were friendly enough and never forgot our room. Garding team are doing a great job, very green and well watered. Animation team were lovely and fun with great activities. I will not be returning to this hotel, Sharm or indeed Egypt.

The Happy Life Hotel is very beautiful and excellent. The room is very clean. Thank you very much. The house is great and the people here are very respectful. The services at the swimming pool are very excellent, especially the sea. It is very beautiful and clean. The animation team is very excellent and the people are very respectful. The vacation is very nice with them and the parties at night are very excellent. I have to come again.

Отель очень сдал по сравнению с былой роскошью. Однозначно нужно брать Сентидо, а не Риф оазис бич, который ближе к морю. Интернет бесплатный и только на территории Сентидо. В аквапарке и в некоторых бассейнах Риф оазис бич вода мутная. Мы даже не стали плавать, тк страшно заразиться
