i m stay here for 3 days in queenstown, its a great view and good location while i m in queenstown, walking distance to town, front have a great view, and the front desk crew which the china men and a malaysian (fellow townsman) girl are very helpful, thank you very much to them.. (parking have to charges 25.00 / night), but parking a long of road side is free..

Rooms are dated power point in bathroom didnt work TV didnt work below average for the price

I booked the property knowing it was older . Great location and view on the lake . Nice balcony. Spacious room and bathroom. Fittings and furniture a little old. Great breakfast buffet shared with QT Hotel.

Awesome❤️Super convenient. When you walk out of the hotel, you are directly next to the lake. The all-you-can-eat breakfast is also delicious In particular, there is a large shared terrace outside the room. You can go out and see the scenery

The front desk was very friendly. The hotel's soundproofing was not very good and you could hear the sound of the washing machine running.

Room selection is very important. I chose the one with a large public terrace, but the view was blocked. Choose a room with a protruding front!

The location is very good, the lake view room is good value for money. The breakfast restaurant on the 6th floor has a better view. Just a few steps to the town center, it is quiet and convenient. It feels better than a crown.

The environment is beautiful, facing the lake and mountains, the service is in place, and the restaurant is extraordinarily elegant
