No room cleaning services for the first week of stay at this hotel. Front desk staff are generally helpful, except the one male staff who checked me out on September 30. This staff was rude and seemed to ignore whatever I said. During my stay, I once asked him to help with the room arrangement, but he did not offer any help, though he said that he would. Later, I sought the help from another female staff to get the job done.

Overall it was OK, but not worth the price. We arrived late at night and there was no one at the front desk. We knocked on the door for a long time before someone came to open it. The next day we had breakfast at Starbucks next to the lobby. We had to pay for it, which puzzled me. Wasn't it included in the breakfast? And the price on Ctrip was not cheap. I suggest you be cautious when buying breakfast-included packages. After checking the order information for a long time, we were given breakfast coupons. The food was not worth the price at all. A cup of coffee was basically the 10-15 yuan items on the menu, and a large part of it was not ordered.
