Try to stay at this hotel and booked under military rate. I stay with Holiday Inn probably about 150 nights a year because I travel for work. Upon arrival, they seemed very nice and asked me for my ID which I gave them and proof of my military status. I then explained that I have a service dog And that is when things changed. They became extremely rude and told me that I needed to provide registration documents for my service dog, told me that I needed to bring my dog inside to show them. What kind of service is it performs, told me that my dog had to have a service vest on at all times. Also told me that I needed to have a military service dog ID for my dog. I explained to them that this was all against the ADA regulations and they are not allowed to ask me for all this personal information, they proceeded to become even more hostile by saying that I never even showed them military status even though the guy was holding the ID in his hand. He kept telling me that I’m not gonna be happy here and that I just needed to go find a different hotel all because my dog is a service dog and they did not want to allow her to stay there. Their behavior was very discriminatory and and violated my right to have a service dog for my medical disability. Do not stay at this hotel as they will soon be under investigation by the ADA and anybody else that governs the state of Illinois.

Aside from the noisy garbage truck early on a Monday morning, it was great! Comfy beds, clean rooms and a bartender willing to use his phone to google drinks! Lobby was well kept. We used our daily Hilton my way perks to have a drink at the bar at the end of the day. Nice added perk, I always try to stay at Hilton properties. Only complaint was the cable tv sucked, the guide didn’t work and channels were labeled HBO were actually Showtime…so not a real big deal.

The size of the room is large and has a sofa bed, which is very useful. The size of the TV is very large, the bed is comfortable, and the bedding is very good. Breakfast is basic, but it's enough to start the day and there are coast and Aikia around, so it's good to shop. When using the airport, it's a good location or a considerable distance from downtown Chicago. Lots of parking is also the advantage of this hotel.

The Convention Center and hotel are set in beautifully landscaped grounds, with acres of free parking. The decor in the public spaces is elegant, comfortable, and timeless. Digital check-in worked flawlessly and we had no need to speak to staff during our stay, using the digital key in the Marriot app to access the room. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Our disappointment started at around 1am, with a persistent vibration in the walls of the bathroom, loud enough to wake us. Fortunately it only lasted for 15 minutes or so. When we took our showers the next morning we thought at first there was no hot water, but after around 5 or 6 minutes the tepid stream became slowly warmer - and the nooise in the walls returned in earnest! At one point the pipe noise exceeded 72 Db according to my phone, and changed depending on how we had the tub faucet set. The vibration through the walls was fairly intense!

Came to this hotel as I stayed before, and again was very satisfied with the hotel and staff. Very clean friendly and quiet. Diana A. Front desk service manager was beyond our expectations. She greeted us as we arrived, as if she knew us. Very freindly informative of the hotel and very accommodating. Went to our room, very clean and updated. Temp was perfect as it was hot out. Called downstairs for some questions regarding starbucks in the hotel and pool questions. Again staff were incredible! Very professional friendly and knowledgeable. That's what hotels should have. We shouldn't have to feel like we are bothering them, but instead them making your stay great. That's what my family felt. A nice welcoming and great stay. Its because of people like Diana and staff that we will be back again.. Great job guys!!

We had set up a ParkSleepFly to park our car for 2 weeks while we flew out on a trip. The cost was $258. They took us to the airport done well. When we came back from our trip, I called the hotel to send the van to pick us up. The instructions they gave to where we would be picked up behind the Hilton Hotel. My wife and I pulled four bags to where we were directed by Hilton. After not finding that, we were connected directly to the driver by phone. We worked with the driver from the hotel, and we offered an alternative location to meet to us. After 2 hours trying to connection, we realized we needed to go to the hotel. With only one large taxi left, and the driver took advantage. By the time we got to the hotel, the taxi charge was $83.10. The following morning, we met with the hotel Manager. The conversation was cordial. We mutually determined that O'hare had changed the process for where the van should go. That changed occurred during the two weeks we were on vacation. So at the end of the conversation, we mutually concluded that we had done nothing wrong, but it got us in the wrong location, and our efforts to work with the driver did not get us connected. Af the end, we asked that the hotel would pay the $83.10 taxi fee because is wasn't our fault, and the hotel failed to deliver us to the hotel, as required by the ParkSleepFly that we had paid. The manager said that she was not authorized to pay the $83.10.

After a business trip, this type of hotel can be rented for a short period of time. There are simple cookers for cooking, but they are very simple. The room is not very big, it is still quiet, there is a shopping center around, except the hotel network is not very good, the other overall is good, the price is cheap.

The staff was fabulous, food was really good, and the place was clean! A great location in Schaumburg! Close to everything!! The room was really nice… Only things were that the fridge was noisy at times and the shower occasionally made noises… The fridge didn’t wake us at all though, so we didn’t really mind… The pool was smaller than expected and closed for maintenance/cleaning on a Sunday morning, which I didn’t think was the best timing. Kids were bummed of course as we didn’t get to use them and it’s one of the reasons I picked this hotel… Overall, we would still choose to stay here again should we come back to Schaumburg area…
