The price/quality ratio is excellent for Seoul. Clean, cleaned every day. The room has everything you need. Friendly staff. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the palace and the metro.

The location is very convenient, close to palaces and some popular areas. It's only a few minutes walk from the metro. They left water even if I still had some left, which made me very happy.

Poor environment located in the industrial area , only suitable for Korean not suitable for foreigners. The room is clean but really small .

Two parking lot is available. The room is clean and the service is great. But the room is too small for couple.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Might be a short walk from the nearest train station but that's fine. At night the area is a little quiet but it's residential area so people walk once in a while. Very good location as it is near tourist places. There is a 24hr automated shop selling some snacks if you are desperate. Other than that, the stay was very good and I may come back again if I return.

Great deal at reasonable price But it takes around 10mins walk from metro station to the hotel. And there are many mosquitos in the room.

The hotel is no frills but very convenient and comfortable considering the price point. The room is small but not as tiny as some of the other ones I've been to in Asia. The bathroom is spacious. The service is very very good. Small things to improve would be bathroom cleanliness, there was some hair. Though the cleaning is daily, which is nice. The location has pros and cons. It's super convenient to get to the palace, old city wall, dongdaemun plaza, insadong, etc. You can walk or take convenient bus/metro routed nearby. But, the hotel is down a back alley in a neighborhood with many shops that close at night. I was by myself the first two nights and felt more comfortable returning by taxi. Overall though, I'd stay there again. Good value for money.

Good hotel. Location is ok had to walk about 10 minutes when taking public transport any direction you come in so not so convenient in that angle. Customer service is so so not so friendly. Hotel is good room is good other things are fine.

They provide nothing.Not even towels and near there is no convenient store too….Omg service is worst …. Location is also worst. Very very hard to find….

I spent 4 nights here as a solo traveler. The location of the hotel is quite good, close to most of the tourist sights (the palace grounds and shrine are within walking distance and the markets are a short bus ride away). That said, I was glad to arrive during the day as it is a little tricky to find, and you do have to walk through a small street/alleyway for a minute or so; as a male I was not worried although I see how that could bother some people. Room was clean albeit small (I had the deluxe double room to myself, if there are two of you you will find it very small). The shower is the bathroom (no door or curtain) which I found a bit strange but not troublesome. Towels were changed promptly and bottled water provided as well. There is a convenience area in the basement which was useful as i forgot toothpaste. All in all I would definitely reccommend to a solo traveler, very satisfied with the experience.

It’s a very nice hotel! The room are very clean. And it is very easy to go everywhere in Seoul. The price are very valuable!

The room size was enough for one person and the room was clean. The receptionists were always kind and helpful. It might be far from the nearest station if you carry a large suitcase, but I didn’t mind the distance with a small suitcase.

10000% Coming back! Great location, short walk to the underground and the food markets! Easy to find your way around. The hotel is hidden and quiet so it’s perfect. definitely stay on the top floor, my view was beautiful of the city.
