We checked in late (or very early) at almost 3 am and there’s staff stand by, speak good English. The room: Spacious room and sparkling clean. AC/heater works properly so we feel very comfortable even it’s 0 degree outside. The lady noticed that we have 1 boy so she also prepared kid toothpaste + kid slippers and towel set for 3 people every fay. Location: close to shopping mall, metro and CVS

Can’t really said it’s a 5star hotel. Zero privacy, once u take someone to the room they will call ur room and ask to provide any ID card of your guest and do register at lobby - simply question how they r allowed to monitor my guests on public cameras ? Room is too cold and temperature can’t be change, mode of air flow from cold to hot also can’t be change, u got 24/7 cold air flow in winter and u CAN NOT turn it off. It must work all the time, been there for 6 days and spent 3days with fever and cold in bed. Perfect. Food delivery must be picked up from downstairs by urself. Nothing is dry in this room, showers leaking water on the floor. Rooms r separated by wooden door (it’s not a full wall which is tiny anyway) Location is so so. Won’t be back.

Great hotel, l would recommend although front desk staff was very rude. He took my hotel key card and throw it away like l was annoying him. (picture on the last slide)

I am happy with the hotel overall. One thing you especially mentioned is the cleaning lady 凌阿姨，her cheerful and positive greeting vibes every morning is heartening.

The hotel is very convenient for business people. It's very clean everywhere. Smoking is not allowed. So, if you are a smoker, you need to go outside the hotel. However, I recommend it.

Great trip. Pool was awesome. A little small but it’s ok for a city. The refrigerator didn’t work but other than, great room. Staff was very accommodating and made sure I had a place to put my items since my refrigerator didn’t work in the room.

Front staff English is just an average. Not cooperative at all. I told them to clean the room on time; after we come back. They didn’t clean the room. Very non serious behavior and unprofessional attitude. Not happy with their service..

Room is clean. Close to Metro Station and Restaurants. Breakfast needs improvement as choices are limited compared to 5 years ago.

The bathtub had problem with hot water. I couldn’t enjoy it ….. 🥲 but overall I am happy with what I had

Special mention to housekeeper, Ling Xue Yu. She has made my 5 day stay a memorable one. She has taken great effort to tidy the room room and constantly greet me when I leave the room with a smile. A little incident happened during my stay. On 5 July, i woke up to use the toilet and I slipped and fell due to water seepage coming from the bathroom. A pool of water had accumulated after my bath last night, causing me to unknowingly step on it and fall. Although I wrote an email to the management, no one came forward to attend to this matter. Housekeeper Ling was notified and she came to my room and assisted me. The floor was laid with additional floor mats and I was also offered refreshment. Thanks Mdm Ling for her warm hospitality.

Hotel was very decent, however I was unable to close the toilet door fully and it resulted in a wet toilet~

Some rooms amenities not work well and then the smart toilet is broken, Curtain also problem but house keeping respond very fast, breakfast average, and location is not exact in shopping area

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Amara. Considering the price, it feels quite luxurious. I have some concerns about the air conditioning and cleanliness. My room had visible handprints on the walls. Also, the AC doesn’t go lower than 23. Also, the gym was too humid. I enjoyed the layout and view from my Premier King Suite. It was quite lovely. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
