This resort is very relaxing, the room is clean and the food is rich and delicious. The guests are cool and there are many knowledgeable staff.

The hotel describes elegance and luxury. Sadly this is very far from the truth. The hotel is separated into two sides of a busy street. The mountain side is 2 star at best. After the reception staff promise you better rooms for under the table bribes, we got the most disgusting room. Balcony door won't close or lock. 50% of the floor tiles were cracked or loose. Bits falling off everywhere. So got moved to a 3rd room. Breakfast was aweful and couldnt be worse if they tried. No cups, no plates, nothing nice apart from eggs. Tables dirty and if you are in a wheel chair and have any mobility difficulties, this hotel is not for you. Stairs, stairs and more stairs. No lifts. All your luggage must be carried. They offer to take luggage to your room, but after 30 mins waiting for it to arrive, I collected myself. £550 later upgraded to the beach side. This side is better, at an honest 3 star at the very best. Rooms are spacious, but old dated furniture, not luxurious bedding ,but does have a mini bar. Pool area is really nice and beach 20m away.. parasols around the pool broken , but usually empty and plenty of space. Not all squashed on top of each other. Beach loungers must be reserved before 7am or you will not get anything. Restaurants and drinks. Breakfast ok, omelette, salads, some fruits. Not really cater for English taste. Always waiting for cups but mostly have to use 5 star paper cups 😕 Dinner very bland and always the same. All inclusive.. No snacks during the day. 1 x beach bar, but only serve 5 x alcoholic drinks, sort drinks and coffee. . 10am to 10pm only No pool bar or all inc hotel bar. Location good with a nice prominade to walk to main naana bay shopping square Positives Pool area, gardens, beach and animation team Negatives Food, hotel outdated, cleanliness and daytime facilities.. needs upkeep and replace things that are broken, not just leave it there Generally Overrated, underwhelmed

Very helpful staff for flight bookings and local advice. Great view from the beach-side bar. Egyptian style spa was worth a try. The huge pool on the inland side weirdly lacks any deep area at all, seems designed only for kids.

Everything was really beautiful. I strongly recommend the hotel. We had to stay in another hotel on the Shark Bay side for the same prices. By far a great hotel. Especially the food was great. A different concept every day, with a variety to suit every palate, leaving its taste on our palate. As for the employees, they were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the interior decoration of the hotel was old, it was really sparkling. He has an incredibly hardworking team. On the first day, one of the cabinet doors fell off, we closed the door and forgot to mention it. It was repaired when we came from breakfast the next day. The disadvantage for families with children is that there is no beach if you like the sea. You enter from the pier and since we went in October it was a bit choppy. They have free shuttles to the city center every evening. On the way back, it provides the opportunity to return every hour up to 12 hours. It is a good option since taxis are extremely expensive. It is an incredibly peaceful and quiet hotel. A perfect price performance hotel.

We had a nice holiday, a nice hotel, the staff are good helpful, friendly people, I had a nice holiday, there are many pools, by the sea, there is a pier, there is a free hotel shuttle that returns to the city center every evening at 1930 and 22.30, you can sunbathe during the day and this is the evening. You can take advantage of the service.. The employee who cleaned the room on the 1149th floor was making very nice beds. As expected of Sharm El Sheikh's No.1 hotel, everything is perfect. First of all, the room is big enough, and the basic room even has a yard; secondly, the service is perfect, especially during housekeeping, even the mobile phone line is organized with a cable management kit with the Four Seasons logo! Absolutely! In addition, breakfast is not only self-service, but also can be ordered! I asked the guy on site to fry bacon for me, haha, it was super delicious! When I went on a business trip, I stayed at the hotel. It is the best hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh, the hotel is relatively leisurely. The minibar is very rich, and there is a music performance in the evening, and the restaurant is great. And there are many restaurants to choose from, mainly all-inclusive, and you can eat for free. highly recommended.

The room is clean and quite large. From the balcony door, you can go uphill to the swimming pool No. 5. The main restaurant is in the beach wing. It takes about seven or eight minutes to walk there. You can also call for a shuttle bus to pick you up.

Excellent resort, close to Sharm El Sheik airport, it is about 30 minutes from the old town, the Safari and the marina where trips to Ras Mohammad depart. The hotel is located within soho square, a safe neighborhood that is foreign to the typical incursions of Egyptian sellers found in the rest of the country. We were able to compare ourselves, during the various trips, with other tourists on the quality of the hotel, the size and type of the beaches, THE RESTAURANTS (sore point in Egypt) and I must say that the Savoy hotel came out victorious. The comparison with the other resorts was then also compared by us on the occasion of transfers and dinners. The resort is equipped with every comfort: 3 swimming pools, 3 restaurants (Rosmarino really has an excellent value for money, super recommended), a wide and sandy beach with a reef rich in typical coral reef species. Inside the hotel you will find several operators who will offer you trips and excursions (we opted for GetYourGuide apart from the parasailing we did with them). The maid service was excellent all week.

The room is relatively clean and has good lighting. There is a swimming pool outside the room (shared by three families) which is great. Employees in the swimming pool pump out part of the water and clean and filter it every night. Although some facilities are a bit old, it can be seen that the staff are cleaning and cleaning very seriously. The only criticism is that the sheets and quilts in the room are slightly stained (we brought disposable sheets and it didn't have much impact). The location arranged by the hotel is great. You can go to the beach and play in less than a minute's walk. There are many big fish in the shallow water. There is a dedicated area for snorkeling and the underwater scenery is available. The staff has a strong sense of service and the hotel has a very good price/performance ratio!
