Convenient location. Hotel is just across the road from Exit B of Fumin subway station, with many restaurants nearby. Reception staff is helpful. Room is clean and spacious. There is complimentary self service laundry and dryer service on 5/F.

Very friendly staff. The location is very close to the Fumin subway station B exit. The rooms were very clean. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is located right next to Fumin station, literally 20 steps. The room was clean and on the cosy side - it would be quite cramped if you had lots of luggage however we were only staying one night and had very little belongings so it was perfect. The shower was hot and the bed was really comfortable especially the pillow (very good memory foam!) and bed sheets were silky soft. The hotel is non smoking and so were the rooms. There is also a hotpot restaurant on the second floor with great beef, and some noodle shops on the ground floor which we went to for breakfast/lunch. The staff also gifted a cute bottle of handcream upon checking out!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my trip to Shenzhen, and I am thrilled to share my outstanding experience. The hotel’s lobby exudes elegance and offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for a wonderful stay. My initial room, while comfortable, had an atmosphere that wasn’t quite ideal for my needs. Upon expressing my concerns, the staff responded swiftly and professionally by arranging a new room for me. I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra ozone air purifier in the new room, which significantly enhanced the air quality and overall comfort. The room service was nothing short of excellent. Every time the staff came to tidy my room, I could genuinely feel their dedication and respect for ensuring my stay was as pleasant as possible. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its wonderful room and lobby services, friendly staff, and their commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

Great in the vibrant city with subway access and city view room

The service is excellent and hospitality is same like high grade hotel

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The hotel is right at one of the subway entrances and near an area where there are lots of places to eat. The rooms are not very big but are enough if you do not have big luggage. The room was a smart room. Breakfast was also delivered to us by a robot.

It was a great stay everything was good and the staff were very friendly.

Location and service was good but the gym is not a real gym as you can see from the photo.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel, excellent customer service and the best location to stay when you stay in this area.

The service was excellent. The location is very convenient, near the Fumin subway station and a lot of restaurants and massage place nearby.

10 stars for this hotel.  1) Upon arrival, we received a friendly welcome greetings from the staffs.  2) All staffs are very friendly and helpful 3) Room is very clean 4) Complimentary drinks in room - coke, orange fanta, sprite, as well as bottled water. Hotel will refill when requested.  5) Hotel facilities includes washing machine and dryer. 6) Staff will offer a helping hand for free laundry service. This is what most of the hotel don’t have. 7) Lobby provides free drinks, biscuits, sweets and night time supper (porridge and hot desserts) too. 8) Hotel has a good location, just beside MRT (go exit C of Fumin subway station for lift access) 9) There are also many restaurants nearby hotel, such as McDonald etc.  10) Front desk provided heartwarming experience.

We had an amazing stay!! Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and they gave us a complimentary upgrade. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom and showers were also well equipped. It’s right outside fumin metro station and it’s close to coco park too! In the morning I asked where we can go to have breakfast. It was before 7 am so the staff said they would send the breakfast up to our room and it was delivered fresh within 5 minutes. This hotel is great and we will come again!

Hotel was very clean and service desk was very friendly and helpful. Location is extremely convenient, just exit the metro station and the hotel is right next door. Recommend
