ibis styles hotel where I am staying for the first time in this style of hotel. very welcoming staff, small room but it seems in this type of hotel. on the other hand no sound insulation which means that you hear the tram and the cars which circulate on avenue de colmar. Decent breakfast but does not look at all like the photos on their site

We before stay 4 days with my husband in this hotel, clean hotel, clean room, breakfast not very provided but of very good quality so it's okay. Very kind staff and always attentive. Except once, one evening it was midnight we wanted to enter the hotel everything was off and there was no one there, so we rang and after 5 minutes no one answered, we decided to insist and after 3 attempts the man answered aggressively telling us "it's going well once eh" We found it not professional at all and my husband is allowed to answer him. Only small downside but otherwise nothing to complain about. Close to amenities, it is perfect for visiting the city.

Excessively expensive room €156 per night during the week for an IBIS!!! Overheated rooms (over 25°C), despite complaints, nothing is done. Even with the window open when it was less than 10°C outside, it was too hot to sleep in the room (I was told that I had no reason to complain because the previous week, the heating was on). breakdown and they had complaints from people who were cold. What a response!!!). A metal bar runs the length of the bed. If you want to sit up in bed to watch TV, read, work, you have this bar at head level. I got a stiff neck. In short, for an excessive price, I spent 2 nights without sleeping and my neck was paralyzed for several days. This hotel is a shame for the Accor group. What a desappointment ! Cold welcome, without a smile... I do not recommend the restaurant and the breakfast. It's very expensive for what it is, very little choice at breakfast and evening menu (in this case I had a burger which arrived without accompaniment, quite rare I think), you will eat better elsewhere :) Very surprising for an Ibis Style...
