Very conveniently located, modern and friendly staff. Rooms are clean, and nice although the bathroom has a strange layout. We asked for an upgrade on arrival (it was Christmas Eve) and they gave it to us for free. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Location is great, close to the museum, central train, Chinatown and CBD. There is 2 restaurants and a cafe onsite, the coffee was great but we didn't dine at the restaurant. The room was a bit small for a family of 4 but was able to get a good deal so was worth the price we paid

Hotel with beautiful view located nearby malls and halal kebab shop. Front desk is very friendly and approachable.

Trendy fun hotel, and very clean. Had a nice touch of having a guitar in the room that I can play.

Extremely small for the price,will never go back.

I’ve been here a few times now and every time I have the best experience. The people are accommodating and super on top of everything. And the food is always a 10/10

Great service - was my partner’s birthday and received two free drinks and a complimentary room upgrade to Medium Plus! Would stay again, wish there was a pool however 😁

Very comfortable stay, location is great, close to many restaurants and public transport.

The hotel did not disappoint, from design, service, amenities and consistency with the brand, the Ace Hotel Sydney was on point! One thing I would note would be the price, as it was a bit pricey for the size of the room and maybe lack of a pool, other than that, all good!

We had a mixed experience at ace hotel. On one hand, we loved the restaurant Kiln and had great food + service there. However, in the morning when we ordered room service to our room, the person who answered at the front desk was rude and condescending. The food we then received was below average, and I found a piece of baking paper cooked inside the pancakes.
