The location is convenient, but note that Exit 2 lacks an escalator, so it’s recommended to use Exit 3 instead. The experience aligns with the given rating. While the room is clean, there are numerous fruit flies (source unknown) and a strong drainage odor in the toilet, particularly at night. Additionally, the air conditioning is not very effective, and a staff member accidentally dropped their own key in the toilet without noticing.

From the outside, it does not look very impressive, the lift lobby and building looks like a very old building that was about to be deserted. You really worry if the room will be just as bad. However, it was a pleasant surprised when you enter the room. Though a budget hotel, the room was spacious and super clean. The bed was big and so comfortable, I slept like a baby. They are very generous with amenities. They even gave me a room upgrade from double to quad room even though I am a solo traveler (Appreciate). Service was indeed equivalent to Spore airlines. Will consider booking with them next time. The best part is the lobby is just 5 steps from XI Men Ding MRT exit 2. Super convenient to go any where. Thank you!

New renovated with clean room and comfort bed. The location is perfect! Near MRT and have 7-11.

Space was super cramp. Walkway to Room and reception is separated and it was abit run down. Room is clean.

The hotel location is great. The room is comfy enough to stay as a solo traveler.

MRT Ximen Station get off Exit 2, once you go up to see 7-Eleven next to it, very convenient downstairs more YouBike can rent like to be quiet in the middle of the friend can choose to try to walk across the street, is Ximen Red House. Finding food nearby is not a problem. 

This hotel is very convenient. It is right at Exit 2 of Ximen but you have to take the stairs. If you have large luggage, take Exit 3. There is also a 7-11 and 2 breakfast restaurants downstairs. It is also super convenient to go to Ximending.
