Check in was very easy! Staff assisted with the check-in kiosk. Daily housekeeping is very consistent. Very satisfied with the view of Taipei from our room! Location is great as WanHua station is just next door with lots of food options within walking distance. Very value for money and will love to come back again! Staff was very proactive in answering my emails as I left a something behind in the room after checkout. Thank you very much! :)

It’s a good place to stay and relax. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Walkable distance to Xiaonanmen mrt station. there is shuttle bus every 2 hours to XiMending or Longshan temple (both location have mrt). There is a shops and even carrefour near the hotel with a 5mins distance walk. The staff is very friendly and would also recommend places to visit. Do take note that there is a deposit of SGD$220 during check-in. Will definitely come back again!

Regent is a 5-star hotel with great service and good location in Zhongshan District in Taipei. Price wise is a bit on the high side but the hotel service is top notch. There is also a small shopping gallery inside the hotel with shops selling luxury products such as LV and Chanel. There is live music at the cafe inside the hotel too. The rooms are big and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is great with big variety of cuisine to choose from. Location is about 10-15mins walk to Zhongshan MRT train station. Nearby has many shops which is convenient.

The room had a modern design, with comfortable beds, a TV, a mini-fridge, and a desk. The bathroom was a bit tight, but it worked well for our needs. The shower had good water pressure, and everything was clean and in good condition. #### Service: The service was friendly and helpful. The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with recommendations for local attractions and were prompt in fulfilling our requests for extra towels and pillows. #### Amenities: The **breakfast** was okay, but not impressive. The buffet had a basic selection of both Western and ********* breakfast items, but it became repetitive, and the quality could have been better. It was just enough to get by, but nothing memorable. One issue that affected our stay was the **noise in the lobby at night**. It often felt like a social hangout spot, with a large group of people drinking beer and playing games. It wasn't always clear if all of them were hotel guests, and the noise was quite disruptive, especially for anyone trying to relax or sleep. If you're sensitive to noise, this might be a problem, as the lobby area gets pretty lively late into the night. #### Overall Experience: While **Just Sleep Hotel Ximending** offers great value for its central location and the rooms are generally comfortable, the noise from the lobby and the underwhelming breakfast left a bit of a negative impression. Based on this experience, **I probably wouldn't stay here again**. I would likely choose a hotel that's even closer to Ximending, with quieter surroundings and a better breakfast. I was travelling with a friend and we stayed in a medium double room. It was spacious enough for 2 luggages, 1 cabin luggage and 3 carry ons. The service at this hotel is impeccable. They accepted our requests for receiving deliveries and handled each package with care. They even slipped a note under our door when the packages arrived. We also asked if they could book a taxi for us to the airport for an early flight. They arranged everything and even gave us a wake up call. The customer service reps Sergio and his team working from 19 sep to 26 Sep cared for our needs tremendously and were attentive to us. When we checked out, a team member even escorted us to the taxi and helped to bring my luggage to the taxi because it looked heavy. Housekeeping was also attentive and thoughtful. After we called in someone to have a look at our wifi router, the housekeeper came in and mopped the floor for us, even though everyone took their shoes off to come in. I thought this was a nice touch to show that they want to ensure the highest level of comfort. All toiletries were replaced when needed and the place was kept clean and fresh. Do note that they do not provide toothbrush and toothpaste, so you will need to bring your own. If you do forget to bring, there are several convenience stores (7-11, Family Mart etc) located in close proximity to the hotel, so you won't have to worry! Overall it was a pleasant stay. I will definitely book again. Thank you for your care, friendliness and attentiveness!

Do not make reservations at Ctrip in the future. I don't understand why. Your hotel will not be cancelled if you don't cooperate with Ctrip. We will not book a reservation at Ctrip. Anyway, people are not very happy to receive, we are in the room booked by Ctrip.

You can walk from Nanjing Fuxing exit 1 to go to the hostel. The surrounding area is quiet. There is a PX mart right beside. The bathroom and shower room for men and women are different and we need access card to go inside them (women room). I think the common area is quiet spacious (not using it tho). There are many rooms, the room I'm using is not too small, bed also good enough.

The location of the hotel is quiet and convenient for going out. What is very satisfying is the attitude of the staff, who are all very good. Personally, I like the breakfast provided by the hotel. Whether it is porridge, rice, soup, salad, bread, etc., they are all very good. There are also drinks available 24 hours a day. It’s really nice to be able to drink ice lemonade at any time in the summer. Thumbs up!

The location is excellent. After renovation, the interior is completely different from the appearance. It feels superior to some four-star hotels. However, there is still a cigarette-like odor mixed with the smoke and exhaust fans of old hotels. It is recommended that special aromatherapy used in new hotels can be placed in different locations in the hotel in the future to gradually improve it.
