The location was very convenient, right off the highway and by a big shopping mall with a cinema and restaurants. There's also an EE bus to and from Hong Kong for added convenience that departs from this mall. The room is clean, the bathtub is for photo only - non-functional. Despite the construction noise sign, I got a room on floor 6 and barely heard the construction. I enjoyed my stay here, the room was cleaned everyday and amenities topped up. Washing detergent is provided and the washing machine is great! Could provide clothing clips in addition to the hangers to dry smaller garments like socks and underwear. Very nice and large projector TV screen.
5/5 - no complaints.

Very satisfied with the hotel! The environment is very clean, and there are many good restaurants and shopping malls around. The actual room is consistent with the pictures on the Internet. The front desk staff is very warm and considerate. Because the high-rise room was under renovation when I checked in, the front desk staff specifically informed me. I checked out early due to itinerary arrangements, and the hotel specifically called to remind me that I could apply to change the check-in time and refund the money. I am really grateful for this!
