Fantastic service by counter staff - came down late at night to help us check in, packed a quick delicious breakfast for us at last minute Room was spacious and spotless - private room onsen was clean and felt good for our skins! Amenities (lounge and common onsen) were great, well stocked and meaningfully furnished for a comfortable and authentic stay. Thank you!

The hotel staff didn't really speak English, but were very helpful as much as they could. Free complementary breakfast which we didn't expect. It was delicious, also free coffee and soft drinks during our stay. Time for private onsen can be booked anytime. Location is not the best, but we didn't mind walking a few minutes to the train station or the old town. AC/heating was a bit difficult to manage for us as there was no English explanation. It turned off after 2-3 minutes, but finding out how to operate it with Google was fine in the end 😉

A hotel that feels like home. The front desk clerk introduced the hotel facilities in detail when checking in. The rooms and other public areas are very clean. The hotel has a Japanese bath. Each room can be reserved for a half-hour private bath every day. . The breakfast on the first day is Japanese style, and the breakfast on the second day is Western style. You can enjoy hot tea, coffee and lemonade freely in the dining area during the rest of the time. There is also a microwave. We bought a late-night snack and enjoyed it here at night.
