4 Star Hotels in Tibau do Sul

Ficamos 10 noites, entre os meses de out e nov/24. Nós amamos esse hotel, é a terceira vez que nos hospedamos nele, desta vez com criança. Entretanto, temos alguns comentários a fazer desta vez: -praia: um pouco suja, poderiam disponibilizar lixinhos para os hóspedes/clientes. Outra coisa que já vi em outros hotéis, poderiam fazer a limpeza da areia com aquelas vassouras com dentes (coletora de folhas - Vassoura coletora de folhas Com Cabo Google Shopping), retirando sujeira que está encoberta pela areia. -escadão para a praia : risco de escorregar pois quando venta muito , fica cheio de folhas nos degraus e ao pisar, escorrega . -chuveiro da praia precisa ser trocado (a água sai toda “espalhada”) -Roupas de cama e toalhas : estão bem desgatadas -Quarto: visto que levamos crianças ficamos na suíte familiar - já nos hospedamos no Super e no Luxo - há uma grande diferença deles para a suíte, o padrão cai bastante. -café da manhã - excelente, diversas opções - só faltou um peito de peru e um leite vegetal -restaurante - almoçamos e jantamos praticamente todos os dias no hotel - comida muito boa, é possível fazer pequenas alterações nos pratos. Falta apenas alguma opção de sobremesa sem açúcar -funcionários: super prestativos e educados, destaque para o João, Roberto e Joabe, que já conhecíamos das outras estadias. Recepção maravilhosa , pessoal muito gentil . -ammenities: poderia ter uma qualidade um pouco melhor, principalmente o sabonete. O hotel está passando por algumas renovações nos quartos, esperamos da próxima vez pegar um já reformado e que a suíte familiar esteja mais acolhedora. Acredito que o hotel deva rever alguns espaços. Não há academia, nem local para as crianças ficarem, caso esteja chovendo… a sala de tv poderia ser transformada em academia, visto que não é utilizada (não vi ninguém lá em nenhum dos dias que estive hospedado - nesta vez a nas anteriores) Obrigado a todos.

Toca da Coruja is very charming and in the middle of a beautiful preserved area. The “bangalos” are worth the upgrade, the outdoor bath tub is wonderful. Service was amazing, everyone was very nice but I wanted to highlight few employees that went above and beyond. Marcia and Viviane from the front desk were always very helpful and gave us great recommendations. Ninho always had a smile on his face and made sure to call us by our names every time he saw us - that was a special touch. Finally, the masseuse Tacia was amazing! Best massage I ever had in my life - and I’ve had quite a few. Amazing experience at Toca, from the beginning to the end, will come back again and recommend it to friends.
