This was my first time experiencing a capsule hotel, and I was amazed by how well everything was organized. The hotel is designed with a clear separation for two genders: male guests stay on the second and third floors, while female guests are on the seventh and eighth floors. There is a shared common room where everyone can relax, work, or chat — the transparent glass walls offer stunning views of the surrounding area, making it a delightful place to unwind. Each guest is assigned a personal locker, which can be accessed using a unique card with a QR code linked to the capsule number — a thoughtful and secure system. Male and female bathrooms are located on separate floors, but there are also toilets conveniently available on the capsule floors for nighttime use. It’s impressive how much thought went into the design of this space. A nice touch was the complimentary tonic booster drink for guests. Overall, the capsule experience was unique and enjoyable. I do wonder if capsule hotels for couples exist — that would be an interesting concept to try!

Very unfordable experience here at 9H, second time came for capsule hotel and my family like the comfortable of the bed. Near to station but its still need to walk approximate 10mins, quite a long wait if you already tiring walking around in the city. Outside the hotel straight to have a FamilyMart, very convenient even at midnight I would like to grab some snacks the only downside is the storage, capsule hotel the facts is its very hard for you to manage your item in your luggage, there have no place for you to open and close your luggage.

Hotel is nice and clean. They provide uniform, amenities and towels. It is great that changing room and showers are located on the different floor than the sleeping area. Nobody will disturb you during your sleep. I received sleeping report — information about my sleep a few days later. It was interesting. The capsule looks cool but i didn't feel very comfortable due to lack of air. If you stay for more than one night keep in mind they will ask you to leave your capsule from 10.00 till 14.00 every day for cleaning.

Convenient transportation, clean and tidy, good environment and service, complete facilities, safe for women, reasonable price, stayed for four nights to watch the Dome concert, 6 minutes walk.

It is uncomfortable that the lockers are on another floor but otherwise it is fine.

This capsule hotel is located close to the west exit of Suidobashi Station. The lobby is on the first floor and there is a cafe next to it. There are plenty of amenities, so you should be able to stay there with just a change of clothes. There is a Family Mart nearby, so you shouldn't be inconvenienced. However, there is no laundry service, so be aware that you will have to use a coin laundry about a 10-minute walk away. This was my first capsule hotel, and I think it was a great experience. With hotel prices rising recently, this is a great option for the average person, offering a very reasonable stay.

The facilities are very good, especially the elevators are separated from men's, and the view in the common area is very good. However, the biggest drawback is that the sound insulation is poor, because the location is next to an elevated road, and the noise generated by the traffic is very loud.

Everything is pretty good. You can get there by walking after watching the game at Tokyo Dome. You don’t have to take the crowded train. It’s a pity that you can’t stay in consecutive rooms and you have to check out all the time.

The quilt is thin and not breathable. The air conditioner in the sleeping cabin is a little loud at night, so I slept a little cold. The pillow is also average. · The bathroom is very poor. There is no problem with hygiene, but the female bathroom is very crowded. Each person will be given a locker to put the luggage, and the space is relatively small, which will be troublesome if there are too many luggage. Then the bathroom and luggage room are on the same floor. Every time I go there, I feel that there are a lot of people and it is inconvenient. Especially at 8-9 in the morning, a bunch of people squeeze together to wash, dress and put on makeup, and sometimes you have to queue for a while to blow dry your hair. · One of the funny things about their home is that from 10 to 14 o'clock is the cleaning time. You can't stay in the sleeping cabin, bathroom, and luggage room. You must go out or stay in the rest area on the 6th floor. I didn't sleep well at night because of the noise. I couldn't sleep in the morning. And because of the 10 o'clock cleaning time, the girls' washroom was very crowded at 8-9 o'clock. Everyone was in a hurry and it was very stressful in the morning. ·The staff service is okay. Considering that this is not a high-end hotel, just make do with it. I didn't think the waiters were very friendly or willing to help guests. ·The view on the 6th floor is good, with two floor-to-ceiling windows, and you can see Tokyo Dome outside. But that's all. The seat design is not very comfortable, the space is too open, and it's inconvenient to make calls. ·The location is excellent. It's just a short walk to Suidobashi Station and not far from Iidabashi Station. The Imperial Palace and Tokyo Dome are all within walking distance. Shinjuku and Chiba can be reached by the same line, which is convenient for going out and going to the airport. It can be said that this is the only advantage of this hotel. In short, the price is not cheap, the stay is uncomfortable, and there will be no next time. Not recommended.

The location is good, close to the Suidokou subway station, next to the East Egg, and there is also a Korakuen station, which is quite convenient to go everywhere. But it is very troublesome to stay with too much luggage, and it is not convenient to organize the luggage.

Overall it was good. Everything you need is there. I slept well and it was quiet. I'd like to use it again.

I thought it would be nice if guests could stay in the capsule if they requested it for consecutive nights. I also thought it would be possible to reduce expenses by requiring guests to declare things like changing sheets and changing pajamas themselves. This time, I was uncomfortable because of the noise and snoring of the person next door, but other than that I was satisfied♪ I would like to use it again next time👍
