It's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing. From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart. I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel. I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.

The room is great, the customer service attitude is also very good, the environment is good, it's a five-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, the breakfast is also good, I will recommend it to my friends, it's beyond my expectations, thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up

The room is large and well-equipped, and the price/performance ratio is very high. I came to Tongxiang this time and just looked it up online. I didn't expect to be pleasantly surprised. I will stay here again when I come back. There is parking and a gym.

This hotel is conveniently located about 200m to the east gate entrance. The rooms are big and well maintained. The bed big and comfortable. Since it was off season we got a really good deal. The breakfast even had bread, croissants, butter, jam and drinkable real coffee. There is also a pool which even had water!

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit the Wuzhen historical site. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are well-maintained. The breakfast options are excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet area within the historical district, offering beautiful scenery. This allows you to enjoy a peaceful morning inside the historical district. While it is not the cheapest option in the area, it is definitely worth the price.

The hotel is very nice in many ways. The hospitality, the breakfast, and the location exceed my expectation. Only my room carpet looks old with stains. It would be better if that can be replaced with wood floor or high traffic carpet. Overall it’s a great place to stay. I’ll definitely recommend to my friends.

When I came to Wuzhen, I finally chose this hotel, which was so unexpected~ It is very friendly to self-driving, and the exclusive underground parking lot is very new~ I didn’t expect that a hotel parking lot can be so clean~ You can drive directly to the hotel elevator, and it is very convenient to take luggage The room is very clean. I considered the urban dampness and hygiene of the scenic area before. Once it is damp, it will affect immunity and allergies. In the end, I still believe in this hotel~ It’s true. The front desk lady also upgraded the room with a balcony, which is very friendly for the elderly who like to breathe air and smoke~ The room is very new, very clean, and very bright~ The air is circulated~ It is well received by the whole family~ There is also an intelligent robot~ The lullaby before coaxing to sleep is OK~ The hotel’s breakfast is Chinese-style and good~ Especially the rice noodles and noodles are good~ It is much more refined than the general hotel~ From the front desk to the restaurant~ The service is very good~ After adding WeChat, I sent the Wuzhen guide~ Thank you for the enthusiasm of the lady🧍♀️ There are many Tujia dishes around the hotel, and it’s good to go back and rest after eating~

The front desk service attitude is very good. Every time I call the front desk when I take the bus to and from Xizha, they are very patient. On the first day, I stayed in a nearby homestay, which was average in hygiene. After coming to Ziye on the second day, the hygiene and environment in the hotel are still far better than the homestay. Staying in Ziye is very cost-effective. It is a hotel under Wuzhen. You can take the sightseeing bus in the scenic area. The hotel's free shuttle bus to and from Xizha is available on call. The hotel's breakfast is also delicious. Wonton is recommended. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the shuttle bus does not turn on the air conditioner during the day. The car is like a steamer and there is a strange smell. It is more ok when the air conditioner is turned on at night.

It was our wedding anniversary so we wanted to have a cozy trip to a town we had not been to. Did some research and found Wuzhen and decided on Wuzhen Clubhouse.  We knew the pricing would be higher to be inside the visitor zone so it was mainly to take advantage of the location of the hotel. For the price, it is basic and aged. The room is exactly as you see in photos for the listing. Because the hotel  is in a historical building, there is no lift if you stay in a second floor unit.  With a stay inside the visitor area, you can normally have unlimited access to go in and out of the area, whereas if you stay outside then you are limited to the number of access. You can also remember to call and buggy to take you longer distances from the hotel and from certain spots; they just ask you to show proof of stay like your hotel key card. Otherwise you pay per ride at 10 RMB which is not cost efficient.  It’s quite humid and rainy for most of the year so since it’s stone and wood construction, it is vulnerable to be run down easily.  Since we visited in October, it was cool and slightly rainy but the temperature in the room was pleasant with the windows open or with the air conditioning on.  I imagine it could get quite hot in summer so this is something to keep in mind.  Breakfast is either in the hotel or you receive a voucher to a breakfast spot in the town. It’s a very full breakfast either Chinese style or western.  The staff are friendly and patient. This is the highlight of the hotel.  When you arrive in the visitor center, you can confirm your check in and your luggage is transported directly to your hotel. And when you depart, the same process in reverse is arranged for you.  We then called a Didi car to leave and the driver picked us up outside of the visitor Centre. You can take a regular yellow taxi in the line in the same area. The price is only slightly higher when you call a car but the car can be much nicer so I think it’s worth the 20 RMB extra to go to the high speed rail station (to go back to Shanghai).  As I said, the price is high for what you get at this location so do some homework and make sure you know what you are looking for.
