Convenient location, right in the city center with the view of the city landmarks. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The only disappointment was the swimming pool/ sauna rules which are not specified while making a booking on trip.com. We came to find out that the pool is only accessible for one hour per guest and additional time must be paid extra and cannot exceed 3 hours per day. In addition, an advanced booking must be made in order to use the pool and spa facilities. These restrictions should be transparently stated as the inconvenience left us with a feeling of mis-advertisement, which is a shame for such a nice hotel.

One of the reliable things in life is what you get from a chain hotel and this was everything you would expect from a very well located Novotel. Nothing remarkable but comfortable clean rooms and efficient service. As the location was so good we would stay again

The hotel is located right opposite to the Warsaw Central station, so it is very convenient for those who need to catch a train. Check-in was quick and the staff was polite. The fact that the hotel rooms are located on the higher floors of the building give customers an opportunity to look at Warsaw from a spectacular angle. The breakfast offers a decent variety of food and drinks. The room itself is of decent size but the interior is a bit aged and requires some new decorations and design. In light of the fact that there are several much newer 5-star hotels in downtown Warsaw, this hotel needs to seriously step up to keep itself competitive in the game.

The Queen Classic at Level 6 is really nice. Love to stay here and sure will be back again. The receptionist RAFAR is very excellent in handling the customer and also friendly. This hotel very near with everything and easy process to check-in & check-out.

A M A Z I N G hotel !!!! Very clean, very beautiful. The entire staff of the hotel really helped us with everything we needed. One of the tastiest breakfasts I've had (and I travel a lot). I cannot say how much I loved this hotel! This was the second time I stayed there. The staff is polite and friendly, and they made my stay much smoother and less tiring! The food is amazing, I definitely recommend grabbing dinner at the Nova Wola! I have to highlight that it’s very close to the subway and there’s a bus stop right across from the hotel. I love walking, so if you want to go to the Old Town, that’s about a 30-40 min walk. There’s the Apple museum that is close by, the Uprising museum is at a walking distance too. Uber rides in Warsaw are not very expensive if you prefer the comfort of a car. Just bear in mind that Ubers and taxis have to stop close to the hotel, and not inside.
