A bit disappointed… Called the hotel that it was my birthday and they said it’s fine and they would give me a cake for free..after arriving there, the front desk didn’t notice that and i reminded them of that

Its excellent hotel and services, they upgraded my rooms without request. Room is big and clean, facilities are goods and the breakfast was excellent, should comeback again

This one is good hotel in oubei for foreigners to stay . A great hospitality and review is very nice . The staff is cooperative and speaking good English

Near of shoppings , stores and a lot of restaurants. Very good region to walk aroud . Very near subway station. Breakfast is chinese, for me, ok.

This is worst experience for my all business trips until now. I have book the hotel with my Visa card on Trip.com website but hotel did not accept my credit card to pay all charges. Hotel stuff tried many times but thier slip machines have a problem. I am planning to use your website to book anymore if ı have to pay cash for hotel fee.

This stay at the Pullman Hotel was a perfect experience. The room was exquisitely decorated, fully equipped, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful. From the patience and meticulousness when checking in to the caring care during my stay, I felt at home. The hotel restaurant has rich and delicious dishes, and the diverse breakfast choices are a great start to a vibrant day. The transportation location is very convenient, highly recommended!
