The driver was very professional and waited for me with a sign. It took less than two hours to get to the hotel, depending on traffic. The hotel is in a very quiet area, and the sound of crickets at night makes you feel like you're in nature, which is very relaxing. 🔸Tanadewa Resort just opened in March this year, so there are still some minor renovations going on. However, these renovations are not disruptive at all, as they are being done on the main floor, far away from our villa. The hotel exterior and decor are very pleasant, with a strong Balinese vibe. The resort is located on a hill overlooking the valley, and there is a free shuttle to and from downtown Ubud every day, which is very convenient. Although the hotel is fully booked during peak season, there are only a limited number of rooms, so you hardly see any other guests, which is perfect for those who want to enjoy a quiet vacation. 🔸The stay was amazing😀. The room is well laid out, with a private pool right in front of the bed and lush greenery next to it, giving you a vacation vibe. The pool is a good size and about 1 meter deep. Although I didn't use the main pool, I took a lot of beautiful photos📸. Every corner of the room is very clean and tidy, and the bedding is so comfortable that you don't want to leave. The hotel breakfast has a buffet section, such as salads, yogurt, and juice, and you can also order cooked food from the menu. The only regret is that the free yoga is only available on Wednesday mornings, so I missed it when I came over the weekend. But they also offer private yoga classes, which can also be taken in a beautiful pavilion📿. 🔸There are also many fun places and delicious food around the hotel🌟. Downtown Ubud has a wealth of cultural and artistic attractions, perfect for those who love adventure and shopping. It takes about 20 minutes to get there by hotel shuttle. There are also many highly rated restaurants nearby, such as Kaukau Restaurant, Uname Ubud by Pramana, and The Tropical Ants by Goldmine, which will definitely satisfy your picky taste buds. 🔸In terms of transportation, I found that the cab fare in August is three times the normal price, but I found a good driver with reasonable pick-up and drop-off prices. The fare to downtown Ubud is about IDR 100,000, the fare to the airport is about IDR 350,000, and the hotel charges IDR 450,000. You can contact the driver in advance to book, which can save you a lot of money🌺. Overall, Tanadewa Resort Ubud gave us a great vacation experience. Every aspect of the trip, from the hotel to the activities, was very satisfying. If you are planning a vacation in Ubud, this is definitely the place to be💫.
