#bigbuddhabangkok The first branch of a famous ramen restaurant from Tokyo in Thailand. The restaurant has recently undergone a major renovation. Previously, it was black and white with a red cloth sign. Now, the cloth sign has been changed to a more modern light sign. The colors in the restaurant have changed to black with red and maroon, which looks beautiful in another way. There is also an open kitchen where you can see the ramen making process up close. The restaurant still uses the same concept, Farm To Table, using ingredients sent directly from the farm. Everything in the restaurant is almost homemade, such as the chicken soup that has been simmered for several hours. The shop's own special fresh noodles that are freshly made every day. Toppings include eggs, pork, and duck char siu that the shop makes itself.
