Chongqing Coffee | One of my two favorite cafes on Daijia Lane

I first heard of Totomato at a coffee market in Beijing. At the time, they were serving a very unique Chongqing oil dip coffee. I was disappointed to find that they didn't have it when I visited their Chongqing location. I went to the Daijia Lane location, which is in the heart of the tourist area. The view from the cafe is great. I ordered an Americano, a latte, a special, and a dirty. The beans here aren't roasted very dark, so the coffee is quite mild. I tried a special with alcohol, which was pretty good. The espresso bar and pour-over bar are separate. The pour-over bar is interestingly designed, with the barista framed by a small window when making coffee. If the weather is nice, sitting outside is a real treat.
