Enshi Grand Canyon

Enshi Grand Canyon is located in Tunbao Township and Banqiao Town, Enshi City, Hubei Province. It is a section of the Qingjiang Grand Canyon, stretching for 108 km. This place is a collection of geological wonders such as tiankengs, ground cracks, cliffs, and peak clusters. Qixingzhai is the essence of the canyon, with a "Yizhuxiang" stone pillar towering over 150 meters high, standing alone under the sky, and is a rare sight in the karst landscape. Yunlong Ground Crack is also a scenic spot, with cliffs on both sides like being cut by an axe. The waterfalls in between are like a curtain, pouring down with a roar that echoes through the valley; the clear spring at the bottom of the crack flows gently, winding and endless. The scenery changes with the seasons: in spring, the flowers bloom like a brocade, covering the earth; in summer, it is a great place to escape the heat, with a refreshing coolness; in autumn, the red maples are like fire, dyeing the mountains and forests, like a natural painting; in winter, you can enjoy the snow-covered landscape, with ice waterfalls hanging high, showing a magnificent grandeur.
