A newly opened fusion restaurant in Fuzhou worth checking out

ME Hotel is located at 117 Gutian Road. Many friends have been posting about it recently, especially the Chinese restaurant Mindu Yueyan, and the beautiful Meiji Restaurant · Huayoung Kitchen, which is worth visiting. Take the elevator to the 7th floor, and you'll first see a hand-painted "Old Fuzhou" ink painting, then a mirrored space, and neon lights flashing Fuzhou dialect. The dim sum is handmade, the fried dough sticks are crispy, and the fried beef ho fun is not greasy or watery. The tom yum soup is delicious, with abalone inside, and the sour and spicy taste is just right. The durian puff in the shape of a black swan is both beautiful and delicious. Shrimp dumplings, red rice rolls, pigeon, steamed chicken feet... they have it all. Sit by the window at night and enjoy the bustling night view of Fuzhou. It's very relaxing.
