After some searching, I found Hezhuang·Dahua Courtyard🏡, and after a field visit, I thought it was a good place. Navigate to Hezhuang·Dahua Courtyard, and a large sign on the roadside tells you that this is the place. There is a free parking lot🅿️ on both sides of the gate, with plenty of parking spaces. Walking into Hezhuang·Dahua Courtyard is like stepping into a unique classical courtyard. You will be amazed that the owner of the courtyard must be someone who knows how to live: green bamboo, small bridges and flowing water, fish playing with lotus leaves, and a fairy-like atmosphere; there are also bamboo tables and chairs for tea🍵 on both sides, which is very comfortable. The winding path leads to a secluded place. Along the stone road in the courtyard, you will come to "Hezhuang", where the hall is full of humanistic atmosphere: all kinds of fresh ingredients are displayed in their original form, which are even more attractive in the elegant decoration style! The overall color tone of the hall is slightly tipsy, but very elegant. The tableware🍴 is exquisite and carefully arranged; the waiters are dressed elegantly, giving you the feeling of visiting a wealthy family. I chose the Dongjiang Lake private room, which is elegant, bright, surrounded by green bamboo on the balcony, and has floor-to-ceiling glass walls with a direct view of the courtyard. As for the dishes, the main focus is on flavorful Hunan cuisine, with fresh ingredients🥗 that are visually appealing. It is said that the fish🐟 are raised in spring water; there are also seasonal dishes that are rarely seen outside. I personally recommend: winter bamboo shoots fried with bacon, perilla stewed fish, fish roe and fish bubbles, radish dishes, etc. If you like Hunan cuisine, you can't miss it. For Yangyang's birthday party, the staff specially arranged a birthday atmosphere (charged at 128 yuan), and there was a live singer🎤 singing birthday songs, hosting, and smashing golden eggs, creating a full atmosphere; friends and family were all very happy. After the meal, you can go to the courtyard to make tea🍵, where there are steaming roasted sweet potatoes🍠 and a stove, and you can chat and sunbathe🌞 while drinking tea. The bamboo shadows sway, and the warm sunshine shines on you while you drink tea, which is really comfortable!
