Releasing Lanterns at Hoai River

#vietnamtrip 📍Hoi An Ancient Town, Hoi An, Vietnam One of the must experience activity while visiting Hoi An must be releasing the lantern at Hoai River. There are plenty of operators offering the boat rides or just drop the flower lantern on the river, so worry not if you did not book ahead! The locals light up the lantern for good luck and health! We were simply amazed and dazzled by the lights from the colourful and shimmering lanterns. It felt like we have teleported to the scenes in Tangled, so mesmerising! It’s best to experience the boat ride in Hoi An during the evening just before it turned dark. We spent the night strolling along the town, which was really relaxing and chill but really crowded and packed with visitors on the weekends! Definitely recommend to visit and experience the vibe in Hoi An ancient town!
