Mysterious Jingmai Mountain, the hidden ancient temple in Wengji Village that is easy to miss!

Wengji Buddhist Temple is on the right side of the intersection of Wengji Ancient Village, the entrance is not conspicuous, a bit easy to be missed. On the west side of the temple there is an ancient cypress tree with a tree age of 2580 years. The tree diameter is 11m, the breast diameter is 3.5m, the tree height is more than 20 meters, it is said that a long time ago there was a demon dragon doing evil on the back mountain, to relieve the suffering of the villagers, a Buddha came to the village to meditate and chant sutras to reform the evil dragon, over time, the evil dragon was moved and transformed into a cypress tree, the villagers call it the ancient cypress listening to the sutras. In addition, on the right hand side of the temple entrance, there are steps up to the viewing platform to see the panoramic view of the village.
