I also tried the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and although Northwest cuisine has its own unique style, it was slightly different from my personal taste. Breakfast is served in the all-day dining restaurant on the 52nd floor, with a wide variety of options, including Lanzhou specialties such as beef noodles and Hezhou buns. The scallion oil noodles are especially delicious, and they are perfect with the onsen egg. Although the juice is not freshly squeezed, it is reasonable considering the hotel's price. The waiters have a good service attitude, and of course, this is accompanied by some small interactions, such as hoping that guests will give good reviews. There seemed to be a company holding a meeting at the hotel that day, which greatly extended the waiting time for the elevator, and the elevator was often full when it reached the lobby floor. It sometimes took 20 minutes to go downstairs, which was a bit inconvenient, and there was a lack of staff to maintain order at the elevator, which was a bit chaotic.
