Laojun Mountain update 🥶❄️ Don't believe the online guides and bring the wrong clothes. I went on December 12, and the temperature on the mountain was -12°C, while the temperature at the foot of the mountain was around 0°C, so it wasn't cold. 1️⃣ Clothing guide: You need to wear a down jacket, thermal underwear, and a sweater. Three layers on top. Bottom: Two layers are enough, one pair of pants (one pair of medium-thick thermal pants). I think thermal pants that are too thick make it difficult to climb the mountain. 2️⃣ Be sure to choose snow boots (many people wore sneakers to climb the mountain that day, and they said their feet were cold when they came down). If you wear snow boots, remember to wear thin-soled ones, as thick-soled ones are difficult to walk in and tiring. My friend wore thick-soled ones and regretted it. Remember to wear crampons, as you may slip in some icy areas.
