Himalayan Viewing Platform~ Nagarkot

The capital of Nepal, Kathmandu, is located in a large valley, and the northeast of the valley rises to an altitude of over 2000 meters only twenty or thirty kilometers away, where Nagarkot is located. Known as the 'Himalayan Viewing Platform', on a clear day, you can see the full view of more than twenty snow peaks over 7000 meters. In the early morning, the clouds and mist under the mountain are lingering, and the sea of clouds is tumbling. The rising sun dyes a row of snow peaks golden, and the night sky is full of stars, and the lights on the ground are brilliant, which is absolutely shocking! There are three peaks over 8000 meters that can be seen in Nagarkot, from west to east they are Manaslu (8163 meters above sea level, No.8), Shisha Pangma (8012 meters above sea level, No.14), and Qomolangma (8848 meters above sea level, No.1) Some of these peaks over 8000 meters only show one side, such as Shisha Pangma, and some only show a little tip, such as Qomolangma.
