☑️My favorite Chinese restaurant of 2024 Taohuadu: The environment elevates the fashion of Ningbo Chinese cuisine ◾️Environment: 🏡A quiet independent riverside building in the bustling city, occupying a prime location on Heyi Avenue, overlooking the urban landscape of Sanjiangkou, Ningbo. Behind the low-key door is a modern aesthetic space with a strong sense of design. The ingenious combination of 💐flowers and lighting gives the space a luxurious and noble atmosphere. Dining here, every corner is unexpectedly beautiful, and the visual impact is shocking. The bar on the first floor is a combination of Chinese and Western styles, with a wide variety of drinks. The window seats offer a wide view, allowing you to enjoy the fountain and river view outside while dining. The second floor is equipped with several independent private rooms of different sizes. The green trees outside the windows of the private rooms add a touch of natural color to the dining atmosphere. The open tea room in the middle is a place for tea, rest, and negotiation, with complete facilities. 📷The dark, oversized spiral staircase is a perfect photo spot, with a strong contrast of light and dark under the lights, giving it a high-end feel. ◾️Dishes: ✔️I would call it a top-notch high-end Chinese restaurant in Ningbo. It combines Ningbo cuisine, Cantonese cuisine, and creative cuisine, with a menu that changes according to the season. The appetizers, fruits, and main dishes are all fresh and seasonal. Ningbo is close to both mountains and the sea, with natural geographical advantages, capturing the seasonal flavors of the mountains and the sea, giving diners a taste of nature's gifts with every bite. 1⃣️Private house crab with fermented rice and soy sauce: A creative seasoning, steamed swimming crab with fermented rice and soy sauce, with a faint aroma of wine in the salty and fresh taste. The quality is visible, with fat crabs and full roe, and each piece has red roe. 2⃣️Iberian black pork char siu: Large thick-cut black pork char siu with pineapple, sweet and sour, fragrant but not greasy. 3⃣️Clear soup rice fish lion's head: Rice fish lion's head cooked with peas, a sip of the soup is fresh enough to make your eyebrows fall off! Softer than pure meat lion's head, it melts with a gentle sip. 4⃣️Dried scallop sunflower chicken: The best of chicken. It looks bland, but it is actually tender and fresh, a rare surprise. ◾️Service One-on-one service, with a 10% service charge.
