Keyan Scenic Area in Shaoxing dates back to the Han Dynasty, with a history of over 1,800 years. It covers a total area of 6.87 square kilometers. It is a scenic area that integrates the ancient Yue culture, ancient quarrying relics, the water town style of Shaoxing, ancient quarrying relics, and forest ecology. It includes four major scenic areas: Keyan, Jianhu, Luzhen, and Xianglin. Itinerary Morning: Keyan Scenic Area - As the core of the scenic area, it was a quarry during the Three Kingdoms period, with various stone caves, stone pools, and stone walls. Jianhu Scenic Area - The "mother lake" of Shaoxing, where you can take a Wupeng boat on Jianhu Lake and experience the yellow rice wine culture of Shaoxing. Noon: Enjoy lunch in or near the scenic area and experience local specialties. Afternoon: Luzhen Scenic Area - Restores the "Luzhen" in Lu Xun's works and experiences the unique folk customs of Shaoxing water town. Transportation Self-driving: Navigate directly to Keyan Scenic Area, CNY 10 every 4 hours. The parking lot may be full during holidays, and you will be guided to a temporary parking lot and then take a free shuttle bus to the scenic area. Public transportation: Take bus 603 or 77 from downtown Shaoxing to Keyan Scenic Area. Take bus 4 from Shaoxing Railway Station to Tashan, then take bus 603 to Keyan or take a taxi directly to the scenic area. Take bus 77 or 607 from Keqiao Textile City Bus Station (Clothing Market) to Keyan Scenic Area. Take the express bus to Keqiao from Hangzhou East Bus Station (about every 30 minutes), and then take a bus or taxi.
