There's a new coffee shop in Tebet that embraces the concept of NTT (East Nusa Tenggara) and highlights Bajawa Flores Coffee as its specialty. The place is quite spacious, with outdoor seating both at the front and back, and indoor seating in the middle. I ordered their choux pastry, which was delicious and exactly how I like choux pastries - thin and crispy on the outside with a perfectly sweet chocolate filling. For drinks, I tried the "Ruteng," one of their coffee mocktail variants, which was really tasty.
