The church closest to heaven

#getgoing2025 Gergeti Trinity Church I visited Kazbeki by bus from Tbilisi. The highlight of the trip was a wonderful church on top of a hill. The church is built at an altitude of over 2000 meters and has a spectacular 360-degree view of the surrounding area! From the top of the church, the village of Stepansminda can be seen.
