I have returned from Yichun, and I really don't recommend going in January or February.

There are many train services, and the journey takes 3–4 hours. Long-distance buses are also convenient, but you should choose a regular passenger transport company. Wuying is quiet, Maolangou is magnificent, Jiayin is mysterious, and Tianci Lake is clear, all of which left a deep impression on me, showing the diverse charm. Enjoying the scenery and experiencing the culture, my soul was cleansed and relaxed, like a paradise, and I was reluctant to leave, hoping to explore its beauty again. 💕 🍜Local Food Recommendations Yichun Wild Vegetables: There are many kinds, fresh and tender, nutritious, and can be served cold, stir-fried, or made into dumplings, to taste the flavor of nature. Sticky Bean Bun: The skin is glutinous and the filling is sweet, and it tastes better with sugar. It has a red bean fragrance and is a winter delicacy in Northeast China, warming the heart. Corn Porridge: Made from corn grits, it is soft and fragrant, served with side dishes, and is a common staple food, simple and delicious. Mushroom Stewed Chicken: Wild mushrooms and chicken are stewed together, and the soup is fresh and delicious. The mushrooms absorb the juice and are more delicious, with the taste of home. Demoli Stewed Fish: Fresh fish with tofu and vermicelli, the soup is thick and delicious, warming the body and appetizing, to feel the boldness of Northeast China. 📌Tips There are many mosquitoes in Yichun Forest, so bring mosquito repellent; the temperature in the mountains is low, so bring a long-sleeved jacket; protect the environment in the scenic area; inform the waiter in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.
