Wangjing Hyatt has always been at the top of my list of Beijing hotels to check in. I heard that the hotel was designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma. Kengo Kuma emphasizes that architecture should be integrated into the city and the environment, and the concept of negative architecture and weak architecture is reflected everywhere in Wangjing Hyatt. - 🏠Room type/layout The hotel is based on the concept of an "urban forest" and there is a lot of greenery. There is a bamboo forest in the lobby, some rooms have a small terrace, and the guest lounge has a view of the gardener trimming the sky garden. The decor is also very fitting, with a forest feel. The deluxe king room I stayed in this time was about 48 square meters, with a light wood style that Kengo Kuma has always loved, a wet and dry bathroom, and a non-standard room layout, but I liked it, with an entrance hall at the door. - 💫Pros 30 minutes' drive from Capital Airport, 5 minutes' walk from Futong Station on Metro Line 14, north of Wangjing Central Park and south of Natural Garden. Kengo Kuma's design style really suits my taste, adept at using natural bamboo, wood, and stone to create a Zen living atmosphere that follows the way of nature. He has three works in Beijing: the Yushu in Sanlitun, the bamboo house inside the commune at the foot of the Great Wall, and the Park Hyatt in Wangjing. After experiencing all of them, I believe the Park Hyatt in Wangjing is the master's finest work. The integrated design concept runs through the entire hotel, visible in every corner, with a very high level of completion. The master has crafted a stunning retreat for guests with bamboo groves, wooden lines, and stone steps, achieving a transition from bustling to tranquil the moment you enter the hotel's gate. The lobby is structured on three levels, connected by two spiral staircases, and the boundary-less all-glass railings make the three levels feel like a unified whole. The second floor houses the Xunbary restaurant, among others, while the first floor contains the reception and lobby bar, where many people stop to take photos. Below is the beautifully designed all-day dining restaurant and the well-equipped spa, both distinct and fully functional. The hotel's gym is spacious with a wide range of equipment, second only to the heavily equipped Mandarin Oriental. However, the swimming pool is not as good as the one at the Mandarin Oriental.

We stay more than twice a year @ Hyatt Rgency in Beijing. We spend more than five days in this hotel every time. It means that it is good to spend time with children in this hotel. Breakfast is serving fresh food. Chinese noodles are delicious and make fruit juice whenever you want.It is my favorite hotel in Beijing.
