The subway station is directly connected to Daimaru Department Store, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The airport bus from Haneda Airport is very convenient, taking about 50 minutes. The reception on the first floor is inconspicuous, and the front desk for check-in is on the 28th floor. The staff are very enthusiastic and there is Chinese service. The room is really spacious, with a separate bathroom and shower, a large bathtub and shower space, and great toiletries that I ended up buying! The welcome gift included chocolates and cookies, and the turndown service was very attentive, with pajamas and slippers placed, and a paper crane placed on the bedside table every day. Don't miss the 28th-floor lobby lounge, with an unbeatable view. Enjoying afternoon tea and relaxing is a pleasure. I enjoyed being greeting by vintage bikes and friendly faces near the fish market in Tokyo, the food was divine and the atmosphere was welcoming. that night, we enjoyed a traditional sukiyaki dinner with staff eager to help every customer as they were running back and forth throughout the restaurant, you could really tell the how much they care about the quality of service and care go into every customer experience. the food was absolutely delicious, what can I say? it was Kobe beef! the ShangriLa hotel next to Tokyo station was enormous accompanied by a beautiful view of Tokyo 🗼 Tower and the entire city as a matter of fact. The amenities provided were of high quality and everything at the hotel seemed fit for royalty, sometimes it's good to spoil yourself.
