The air, fresh and fragrant with the scent of blossoms, added a calming touch to every step. Crossing the iconic wooden bridges over crystal-clear ponds was a magical experience. The still waters mirrored the sky and surrounding trees, while cherry blossoms above swayed in the breeze. It felt as though I had stepped into a living painting, a moment of peace that words can barely capture. Being alone allowed me to fully immerse myself in the park’s beauty. I took my time to pause, breathe, and enjoy the scenery—something that can often be rushed in group travel. Spring in Kunming, I wish to become the ceiling of travel. This Begonia Boulevard leads to the spring of Kunming~ Location: Xihua Garden Ticket: Free, no ticket required| Transportation: Get off at 'Jinlan Road Station' of Metro Line 5, after getting off, you can choose to ride a bike or take a taxi for 1.6km Travel: This period is the peak blooming season for begonias, which will last for about 10-15 more days. It's also super beautiful to bring a picnic mat and watch the falling begonias~ Before noon at 12 o'clock, and from 4-6 pm, the sunlight slanting on the begonia flowers will light up the entire flower, unlike the harsh overhead sun at noon (Go early/on weekdays to easily snap a photo with no one in the frame)

The main entrance is located on the busy Second Ring South Road, separated by a wall from the largest urban village in Kunming. Amid all the hustle and bustle, it maintains its own pace, preserving the rare slow life in the city, which is Xihua Park. It's not recommended to come here specifically for taking photos and checking in. This place is more suitable for taking kids out for a walk or camping, with large areas of grassland and tree shade, very comfortable. Location: Xihua Park, closes at eight o'clock in the evening at the latest.
