🌊 Dive into Paradise: The Ultimate Great Barrier Reef Adventure! 🐠
Ever wondered what it's like to explore one of the most breathtaking natural wonders of the world? 🌏 The Great Barrier Reef is calling, and trust me, it's an experience you won't want to miss!
I recently had the chance to visit the Great Barrier Reef, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Stretching over 2,300 kilometers along the northeastern coast of Australia, this UNESCO World Heritage site boasts the largest coral reef system on the planet. With over 3,000 individual reefs and 900 islands, the sheer scale and beauty of the Great Barrier Reef are simply mind-blowing.
Our adventure started in Cairns, the gateway to the reef. We opted for a full-day tour with Reef Magic Cruises, which included a boat trip to the outer reef, snorkeling, and even a helicopter ride back. The boat ride itself was a thrill, and the anticipation built as we got closer to our destination.
Upon arrival, the crystal-clear waters and vibrant coral formations were a sight to behold. Snorkeling was an absolute highlight – the underwater world was teeming with colorful fish, graceful sea turtles, and an array of other marine life. The clarity of the water allowed us to see the intricate details of the coral, and it felt like swimming in a giant aquarium.
For those who prefer to stay dry, the glass-bottom boat tours offered a fantastic view of the reef without getting wet. But if you're up for a bit of adventure, I highly recommend trying scuba diving. The experienced instructors made us feel safe and guided us through an unforgettable underwater journey.
The cherry on top was the helicopter ride back to Cairns. Seeing the reef from above was a completely different experience – the patterns and colors of the coral formations were even more stunning from the air. It was the perfect way to end our day and gave us a whole new appreciation for the vastness and beauty of the Great Barrier Reef.
**Details for Your Visit:**
📍Address: Great Barrier Reef, Queensland, Australia
Starting Point:Cairns or Port Douglas
🏖️Tour Options: Numerous tour operators offer a variety of packages, including snorkeling, scuba diving, and helicopter tours. Prices range from AUD$100 to $600 depending on the inclusions.
🕰️Best Time to Visit:** The reef is accessible year-round, but the best visibility and weather conditions are typically from June to October.
⚠️Tips: Don't forget to bring reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, and a waterproof camera to capture the incredible underwater scenery.
If you're planning a trip to Australia, make sure the Great Barrier Reef is at the top of your list. It's an adventure that will leave you with lifelong memories and a deeper connection to the natural world. 🌊🐢

Wild Encounters: A Day at Guangzhou Safari Park
As the sun rose over Guangzhou, anticipation buzzed in the air. Our adventure began at Guangzhou Safari Park, where the promise of wildlife awaited. Stepping through the gates, we were greeted by the sounds of exotic birds and the distant roar of lions.
The first stop was the African savanna exhibit, where majestic giraffes gracefully reached for treetops, their long necks silhouetted against the bright blue sky. We watched in awe as a herd of zebras grazed nearby, their striking black-and-white stripes a perfect contrast to the lush greenery.
Next, we hopped onto a safari bus that took us deeper into the park. The thrill of spotting a pride of lions lounging in the sun sent shivers of excitement down our spines. Their powerful presence was both intimidating and mesmerizing.
As we wandered through the park, we encountered playful monkeys swinging from branches and adorable red pandas munching on bamboo. Each moment felt like a scene from a nature documentary, and we couldn't help but snap countless photos to capture the magic.
The highlight of the day was the interactive animal show, where we marveled at the intelligence of dolphins and the agility of trained birds. Laughter and applause filled the air, creating a joyful atmosphere that brought everyone together.
As the sun began to set, painting the sky in hues of orange and pink, we reflected on our unforgettable day. Beautiful garden in Vihara Tentu
#naturelovers
A very beautiful and pretty view of the park and lake. Something like heaven for natural lovers. The park in the Tenryu temple area is one of the options, we can take the romantic train on the Arashiyama line at the beginning of the station and walk around the temple first. Walking past the temple, you will see a bamboo forest. There are many beautiful photography spots.
And from the station you can take an old-fashioned train through the forest and valley. and rivers and streams
If you go in the summer, the weather will be very hot because this is an open-sided train. So it's not very romantic. But I sweat.
If you go when the leaves change color Or maybe early winter will be more romantic.

Hike in Seoul that is mostly stairs!
Hiking trails in South Korea are extremely well organized but mostly it is a mix of stairs and rocky paths, however this particular hike is pretty much just stairs. Up and down, up and down...
Bugaksan mountain is an easy hike as long as you aren't afraid of conquering hundreds of stairs. There is nearly no people on the path. And you'll be rewarded with a view to Seoul and nice resting spot at the top under pine trees.
Tip: part of ancient wall broke down, so they closed entrance that is marked at the maps apps. Better ask at the tourist information booth by the Changuimun gate how to get on the trail. And bus stop is pretty much right next to the gate.

Guide to hiking Kol Tor Lake (the BLUEST LAKE EVER)
Beautiful alpine lake at 2700m altitude just 80km from Bishkek. A 2-3 hour hike one way to get to the lake, honestly one of the bluest lakes we’ve ever seen. Hike is probably not the easiest, as it’s uphill and quite steep, but it’s well worth it at the end.
🚗How to get there ?
Via Matshruka - There is no direct public transport. You will have to organise your own taxi from the Tomok or hitchhike.
🚌 *Or join a tour* RECOMMEND - we joined a local tour (Intourist) that departed from Bishkek early in the morning, and drove us straight there. The guide hiked with us and also brought an inflatable boat for us to enjoy on the lake!
This only cost us 1190 soms per person. Definitely worth the hassle free stress of getting on the right Matshruka /working out the correct price and not getting scammed / and transport to your accomodation.
⛺️ Yurt Camps
There are some yurt camps you can stay at at the bottom of the trail head.
⛰️ The Hike
Distance: 10km with 790 elevation gain
Difficulty: Moderate
Starting from the Kor Tor Trailhead, you will follow a river up the mountain. There are a few steep sections along the way, but generally it’s a steady steep climb.
Next part of the route takes you across some open fields, always making you feel that you’re nearly there! The climb is not as steep here, but still steady elevation gain.
Once you pass the last steep uphill, you’ll see the most beautiful turquoise blue lake!
Hop in an inflatable boat, or enjoy the sunshine, or if you’re brave enough, go for a dip in the lake.

### "Escape to Serenity: Virginia Water Awaits"

Nestled in the picturesque Surrey countryside, Virginia Water is a hidden gem that effortlessly blends natural beauty with rich history. As you wander through the lush woodlands and around the shimmering lake, the tranquility of this destination instantly captivates the senses.

Fancy a walk in a forest around ancient fortress?
Namhansanseong fortress is surrounded by massive forest area and Namhansanseong mountain. There are lots and lots of trails of different difficulty levels.
A fairly easy trail goes along ancient fortification walls through the forest, featuring old gates, cityscape viewpoints, randomly located sculptures and more... and of course entire hike is very well arranged path (like pretty much any hike in South Korea).
Tip: place gets very crowded on weekends, so better come on weekdays.
One more tip: it is well maintained and possible to walk even in the darkness (as many Koreans do), so spending sunset up high with a view to Seoul is a must!

Greece - Meteora, place you must visit once in your lifetime
#naturelovers
Everyone who loves hiking must visit this place at least once in their life.
We grabbed a train from Athens to the small village called Kalambaka that sits right next to these magnificent rock formations. The hike takes between 2-4 hours depending how often stop. As we kept stopping to enjoy the views and take endless photos, you can imagine it took us 4 hours. If you use the little roads to hike, hidden between the trees it is faster instead of following the main road where the car passes.
We took those little pathways and the good thing is the forest provided us a shade in the hot weather, so it made the hiking much easier.
Make sure you pack food, water and wear comfy shoes!

Pelangi Indah Waterfall
#naturelovers
Pelangi Indah Waterfall is located in Sinembah Tj. Muda Hulu, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, the journey takes about 2½ hours before the Lau Luhung Bridge, turn right about 2 km from the main road, where the last 850 meters are a slippery rocky dirt road when it rains.
Small cars can still pass, but it is difficult to pass because it is very narrow. Motorbikes must be careful because the road is sloping, rocky and slippery.
Entrance ticket including parking 5 thousand for motorbikes and 25 thousand for cars.
From the parking lot we have to go down about 100 cement stairs and continue on a slippery dirt path and large rocks.
Once at the bottom, all efforts are paid off with beautiful scenery, cool away from the noise of the city, making the heart and mind fresh again.
For those who like to soak, they can take a shower directly under the waterfall shower which is not too strong.
Unfortunately, around the waterfall there are no toilets to change clothes after bathing or visitors who want to relieve themselves.
Hopefully, the management can pay attention to providing public facilities and maintaining cleanliness by providing trash bins so that visitors do not carelessly throw trash.
Recommendations for those of you who like to explore natural nature.
Do not visit during the rainy season, not only is the access road more difficult, but the water is also murkier and sometimes flooded so that you can't bathe and the beauty is also greatly reduced.
If you bring children, you must be extra careful and always under supervision because the large rocks around the waterfall are slippery and difficult to step on.
