Only after arriving did I realize this is the hometown of Yingtai from the legend of Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai. The hotels and museums in this city are also rare treasures. The hotel is nestled between the mountains of Lanxiang. Surrounded by mountains and rivers, the designer has sketched a Chinese ink painting with Chinese courtyards, reflections of water, and nature. The waves around Tanah Lot were so big that everyone was almost hitting the waves on the rocks. I heard that you can only walk to Tanah Lot Temple when the tide is low. When the tide is high, the road is submerged by sea water. It happened that we went when the tide was low in the morning and we could walk to Tanah Lot Temple to take pictures. Then Tanah Lot Temple is not allowed to walk up. I heard from the tour guide that it is only open during special national festivals, but it is still not accessible to ordinary people. Tourists will be completely prohibited from entering on that day. Tourists usually get halfway up the stairs when they see an iron gate blocking them from going any further. Someone (I don’t know if it’s a staff member) performs a blessing ceremony for everyone under the Tanah Lot Temple.
