Sweet Serendipity at Bisous & Luso: A Dessert Lover's Paradise
#lioncitystyle
I indulged in a sweet escape at Bisous & Luso on Arab Street, and it was pure bliss! The dessert trio I ordered – Pavlova, Raspberry Chocolate Cake, and Sour Cream Pound Cake – was a symphony of textures and flavors.
The Pavlova's crispy meringue and fluffy cream stole my heart, while the Raspberry Chocolate Cake's tangy sweetness left me craving more. But the true showstopper was the Sour Cream Pound Cake's moist, velvety goodness. And don't even get me started on the Cafe Bombon – rich, bold, and utterly addictive! Service was warm and attentive.
Bisous & Luso is a must-visit for dessert enthusiasts. Come for the food, stay for the cozy ambiance!
Stay near Singapore’s famous museums!
If you are visiting Singapore and want to explore the civic district, consider staying at the modern Swissotel The Stamford! The civic district is where all the iconic colonial-inspired museums and galleries are located. For example, the National Museum, Asian Civilizations Museum and the Arts House.
This hotel is within 10 to 15-minute walking distance from these heritage landmarks. I like that it is also a clean and stylish hotel, with many food options inside and around the hotel. Definitely recommend to stay here!
My overall rating of the experience: 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Learn about the heritage of Singapore’s famous buildings
Located in the city centre, Capitol Theatre and its adjacent buildings are conserved by the government because of their national heritage. Built in the early 1900s, the details and facades of these buildings have largely remained intact.
The architecture is beautiful and intricate, reminding us of Singapore’s colonial roots. Now, these buildings have been refreshed for commercial purposes. There are restaurants, entertainment and even a hotel within these buildings! Save this for your itinerary when you visit Singapore.
My overall rating of the experience: 4 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The attention to detail in every corner of the suite was impeccable, from the high-quality furnishings to the thoughtful layout.

Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum
#lioncitystyle
#100waysoftravel
One of the unique buildings in Singapore. This is a natural history museum located at the National University of Singapore. I walked from the station, this museum is open to the public. Many children also visit. Inside, there are many exhibitions based on research by teachers at the National University of Singapore. What caught my attention the most was the dinosaur fossil displayed in the middle of the museum. Interesting because it can be seen from various angles. The souvenir shop here is still open even on days when other cooperatives are closed, so it is recommended if you want to buy goods.

Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay
#lioncitystyle
#100waysoftravel
The Esplanade Hall is a place that has its own meaning for me. Here at night there is often live music and we can watch it while sitting on the chairs that have been provided. You can also stand. Plus, watching is free. You can mingle with many people who mostly come to enjoy the music offerings of various genres. Plus, it's not noisy either so I like to linger here. Previously, after I came from Merlion Park, when I wanted to go back to the airport, I chose to take the Esplanade MRT and accidentally saw a music performance here. So I had time to enjoy the music before going back to the airport.

Next, I discovered the rich history of Victoria Memorial Hall and Old Parliament, unraveling the city-state's fascinating past.
Singapore's seamless transportation, multicultural ambiance, and warm hospitality made my solo adventure a breeze.
Tips: Wear comfy shoes, stay hydrated, and indulge in local cuisine.
Amazing
On the forefront you will see a Christian church which is so amazingly beautiful, very well maintained and the architectural style is amazing. On the back of this church there is a small dining area with bars. The place is full with restaurants and bars and a very chill atmosphere.
The area is clean and tidy, also very aesthetic. It is mot only a church, buat has a few middle-up dining and bar options around. It is very suitable for taking photos. There is a lot of tourist noticeable. It is also close to MRT City Hall thorught the Raffless City.
